People, have we not forgotten one very aspect of American Justice?
Innocent until PROVEN guilty.
I guess that whole "we've got evidence linking him and his fingerprints to
the crime scenes" thing was completely overlooked by Bullis.
This announcement was totally out of line and only aids to panic the
public
even more and become something of concerned watch dogs for the police.
The police should have first had the suspect in custody before making this
asenine statement.
Yea, the police are going to tell the public he's on the run after they have
him in custody.
Now, the suspect may flee knowing he is a suspect if he is guilty.
Never mind the fact that if he's the one who's been doing it he'd already be
aware that he'd be a suspect and guilty.
If he is not guilty, you can bet he'll be in the police chief's office
making one hellatious uproar over the announcement.
He'll "challenge" them on the guilty assessment.
The "Columbus Dispatch" went so far as to publish the supsect's photo and
print the license number.
Why didn't they just go ahead and publish his address and phone number
too?
Because everybody knows you can find someone driving down the highway using
their cell phone number and home address.
A fair tiral? Not likely with this stunt.
Why was it made?
Hello. It's march madness time. Columbus is a center of tournaments and
the
police are thinking they have to say something to still the tourists
coming
in to spend their money.
Bad move legally speaking.
It could cost the city a lot more than they bargained for.
Wow. That's an even dumber Bullis conspiracy theory than the one where he
claimed the federal government influenced and bullied the writers and
producers of "X-Files" because they were getting too close to the truth.

Only you would gibber out this nonsense, St00pid. The suspect has already
fled and the ballistics match. The public should be given all the
information. It has nothing to do with basketball, you utter moron.
