That's why I'm asking.
If the DOT can use Qualcomm signals to show where you were at a certain
time, then why couldn't you use GPS trackers to prove your case AGAINST
the
officer?
Yes I do like to question the laws.
I won't hesitate to let the officer know that I feel he is wrong or
question
him as to exactly what his basis is for the stop and his actions.
I am willing to stand up for my rights and if the officer doesn't like
that
approach, he should turn in his badge.
Ever see any episode of COPS? Yep, that's Bullis.
I have challenged bogus tickets before and will do so again.
If I don't win, that's fine. At least my had my day in court.
