Do you mean to tell me that you seriously contacted an

What's next, a Supreme

Exactly what fame do you have that has been damaged

not the most worldly person, but I don't remember running into the name
Jabriol in medical, engineering, aerodynamics, computers, or any other major
discipline.

Let me make a suggestion here, she has done no damage to you by
what she has said, the damage is done by your response.
If I was to call her a whore that derseverd to get beat up by her
husband night after night because she can't resist sleeping around...
because it is usenet, its ok?
Why is it that you,
as well as Mr. Perez seem to immediately lose your man-bits every time you
interact with this person. It's uncommon to see a woman who can invoke such
fear in men.
actually it is the reverse.. there is no fear hear.. as I said, she
can call me up.. show up at my house, whenever she likes.. everybody
knows where I live, have my phone number, know the congregation I go
to.
I bet she can't do the same. People like her hide their identity,
because they are fearful.. and I don't buy that spam excuse neither.
I am in the process of a small exchange with her myself. She
is a counterpuncher, she doesn't take any crap from anybody, and she's not
going to back down from a fight.
And if the fight is dirty and one sided, you don't care I see.
Good, then she can fight in person as well, and not behind the key
board and monitor.
I'm confident enough in my manhood to back
It's always nice
to keep perspective in life. If indeed she has "slandered" you in Usenet,
the worst thing you can do is appear to be less of a man by claiming that
you've spoken with her Internet service provider, and called in an attorney.
The best thing to do is walk away.
why? because is the man thing to do?
cut me a break, as she herself has said.. we are in the 21 century, if
she can dish it out, she can take it in.. if the kitchen get hot, then
she should get out of it.

all she has do is call me a wife beater and prorapist one more time..
she does not back out of a fight..
then she won't have a problem backing out of a court battle... most
likely her ISP will cancel her account and put her on the ISP
blacklist of troublemaker that may cost them money. But I will get a
good amount from her ISP, more so when they allow a user to violate
their TOS.

Libelous messages placed on the Internet in the United States is
upheld to the same level of scrutiny as other forms of communication.
However, the ease in which a person can keep their identity secret
frequently poses a problem for finding a responsible party. Recent
trends indicate that the owners and operators of on-line services will
sometimes be held liable for what is placed on their services. Recent
case law in the United States considering the liability of owners and
operators of on-line services for items posted upon bulletin boards
exemplify the evolving area of computer law. The courts have looked
upon on-line libel with an eye upon traditional libel law and also
recognizing the uniqueness of on-line circumstances.
The liability of the owners and operators of on-line systems for the
posting of defamatory statements depends on whether they are
considered by the courts as a distributor of information or a
publisher of information. These two categories, publisher and
distributor are treated differently in traditional libel law. The
distributor of information, such as libraries, newsstands, bookstores,
telephone and telegraph operators are not normally held liable.
Publishers, such as newspapers and publishing houses are held
responsible for the materials that they print. (Internet and the Law,
p. 164). Thus, in the Internet world, if the accused is considered to
be a distributor, then no liability will be found unless the
individual had personal knowledge of the contents of the material.
However, if the operator or owner is considered to be a publisher,
then liability will be found.
Holding on-line operators liable for material placed on the Internet
is complicated by the uniqueness of the Internet. *The Internet
consists of approximately 7 million computers seamlessly integrated
using a common technology via 60,000 largely private networks . . . It
operates over virtually every kind of underlying means, including:
local networks (LANS), telephone lines, ISDN, CATV, wireless,
cellular, private and common carrier fiber, satellite and submarine
cable circuits. A common joke is that the Internet runs over
everything except wet string. The Internet operates as a highly

she has been warned, her ISP as been warned. And it seems they have
taken action, that why she has been as a rabid dog... pretending she
is a victim, when in fact she started by lying about me being a rape
supporter and wife beater..
this is an example for the rest of you.. when Carol slanders you and
lie..
send an e-mail to her webmaster.. not the abuse e-mail on her header..
it inoperable.. Or do what I did. Have an attorney give them a call..
the era of Carol slandering people has gone away.
Freedom of speech is not freedom of slander...
you Slander.. you pay..
a tough pill for Carol to swallow

I don't think I've ever specifically responded to one of your postings,

post was your BIG MISTAKE Jabriol.
Do you mean to tell me that you seriously contacted an

taking my 6 year old son to wild sex parties at Motels. What did your lawyer
think of that one Jabbers?
Why is it that you,

come out here and "HUNT CAROL DOWN." That post was your BIG MISTAKE.
I bet she can't do the same. People like her hide their identity,
because they are fearful.. and I don't buy that spam excuse neither.
* Why do you ant to know where I live? You're a known sociopath here on
Usenet and you want me to give YOU my address?
I am in the process of a small exchange with her myself. She
is a counterpuncher, she doesn't take any crap from anybody, and she's
not
going to back down from a fight.
And if the fight is dirty and one sided, you don't care I see.
Good, then she can fight in person as well, and not behind the key

* Are you suggesting you "HUNT CAROL DOWN" to kill her? Stab her? Or in
your own past words "womp her face in. Mash her face in gravel. Womp her
head in?" What did you lawyer think of that Jabbers?
I'm confident enough in my manhood to back
away without needing to invoke some great legal defense.
ofcourse until she start slandering you, and call you a rapist and
wife beater.
* Where is the post accusing you of being a rapist? You never did produce
it we see. Produce these posts as I have produced your, all headers
included.
It's always nice

she can dish it out, she can take it in.. if the kitchen get hot, then

* I'm waiting to hear from your attorney and my ISP to go over your
THREATENING and disgusting posts regarding my son.
You need to catch up on some reading, her ISP has, and they already
aware of the situation..
* Yes he is - and so is Jabriol's ISP.
all she has do is call me a wife beater and prorapist one more time..
she does not back out of a fight..
* Produce the PROOF! Where are all these posts where I made these claims?
PRODUCE THEM YOU SLIMY LIAR.
then she won't have a problem backing out of a court battle... most
likely her ISP will cancel her account and put her on the ISP
blacklist of troublemaker that may cost them money.
* Never happen! Get out of your dream world. You don't even have posts as
PROOF of your accusations - accusations NO ONE including myself ever made
here. Are you delusional as well as a pathological liar?
But I will get a
good amount from her ISP, more so when they allow a user to violate
their TOS.
* Keep dreaming. Try working for a living if you need more money. Produce
all these posts or shut up about it already.
