I am hoping you can help me with the following:
We adopted a baby in Louisiana in October. The birth mother had medicaid. Our
insurance covered the baby from the time of "surrender" (when he was given to
us). Would the birth mother's medicaid cover him from birth until surrender,
or would he have been covered for those few days if he had his own medicaid?
