You cannot slander someone on Usenet, |)uckboi. One can commit the tort of
libel by committing a defaming remark to writing, but calling you a
delusional kook isn't libel when you are exhibiting the signs of such. I
suggest you research the requisite components of libel before casually
flinging such accusations, because falsely accusing someone of libel _CAN_
be construed a tort and pursued in civil court. There is also the case of
jurisdiction. You are quacking down under, and we are poking you from the
good ol' U.S. of A. using a tool called the First Amendment which includes
the concept of free speech.
Consider that free education, |)uckboi.

misc.legal added. Please tell why freedom of speech allows you to make
any claim you want about someone, yet you can take them to court for
the same charge.
