I'm trying to find the law or section that is in the New Hampshire law

pertains to the illegal acquision of medical records.
Do any of you know what that/those may be?
What type of penalty does this usually carry?

Coincedentally, some state that STILL had the firing squad just abolished
it. Was that the last state? I used to keep up with capital crime stuff
when I was into politics. Now I'm self-centered and evil.

Um, sorry it's late. Health, just go to the library or find the www.nh.gov
website portion that has that law. You know, with the growing ease of use
of the Internet over time, it's somewhat daunting that the questions are
getting worse.
No problem that RTFM couldn't solve!

The last guy I recall being shot by firing squad was serial killer in
Utah. I don't know if any other states have had firing squads since
Utah.
