Violation Stickers On Windshields of CARS

If someone could help me out, or point me to a website with the info I
would appreciate it.
In my apartment (connecticut) complex if you do not have a sticker
they will put a giant red violation sticker on the drivers side
windshield which then obstructs the drivers view. Where can I find
laws about this. I'm sure there is something about it.
Thanks

Check your state laws.
I used to work in a resort and we did the same thing.
We also kept track of continous violators. If they ignored the warnings, we
towed the car.
Consider it being polite towards you. They could legally tow your car
without any warning.
I parked my motorcycle beside a place along a beach for a few minutes.
The guy told me they don't play games, they just tow.

Was this the so-called "ski resort," Bullis?

What guy? What motorcycle?
Though you not wearing a helmet while driving a motorcycle *would* explain
things. Call it a hunch but I'm guessing that head injuries are something
you are quite familiar with.
