must the Estate be re-opened?
Must Grandpa's estate be reopened in probate court so that grandchildren can claim a recently discovered stock certificate, or can the grandchildren just submit a motion in court to be declared rightful owners of the stock? Other approaches?

Voiding a Lease
I am leasing a commerical copier. My company is closing. Not going bankrupt but closing and corporation is disolving. We are not reopening for business. I want the company to pick up the copier and I don't want to pay a fee. There is NO person
