I know there is a statute of limitations
doesn't this apply to traffic tickets too ???
If you file them don't they "vanish" after a few years ???
You shouldn't be able to be jailed for just traffic tickets

I currently live in an apartment complex in Moorpark, CA. I have
resided here several years, and really like the place I live. I am
friends with all my neighbors, although, over the course of my tenancy
here, I have had a couple noise complaints.
