I am changing my residence from Ohio to Florida. Plan to maintain 2 homes
but live in Florida 7 months a year. I have a Revocable Living Trust
which
was prepared last year in Ohio, and was told that I should amend the Trust
and mention that I am now a Florida resident, and have it notarized.
I prepared the Revocable Living Trust using the Quicken Legal Program, but
do not be an option to do what I want. I do not want to create a new
Living
Trust, for I would then have to register my investments / homes again.
Any suggestions / specifics on how to accomplish?
