Here's the situation in PA. We own a property with a trailer on it. It
was my wifes and her dads. Before he died, he put it in her name.
Her sister took up residence about 5 years ago and thinks the trailer
should be hers. They have been living there free of charge for 5
years. We just got a notice that the township is getting complaints
about the condition of the property and have given us 'till 7-15-4 to
clean up, old cars, trash etc.
We want them out so we can clear the land and leave it for our kids
possibly. Or we would like to give them the chance to buy it.
I know it will be a fight with them, since they think it should be
theirs, but can we just give them 30 days notice?
