This information seems to be very well researched and arranged, and I
see no whining in it. I see a well documented reponse, ample evidence
and verifiable information. I do see what could be called hate speech in
the messages in the list, but none of it seems to be from the webmaster.
I also see an issue of what could be considered predatory commercial
speech on the part of the plaintiff versus the personal first amendment
free speech of the defendant.
