The case is still pending.
The subpoenaes are for investigative work, not for a filed case.
Try reading for content next time. NO charges have been filed, at
least as far as the article you noted showed. There is NO case until
charges have been filed.
As any paralegal would know, this is an investigation into whether
charges SHOULD be brought. Nothing more.
