Accuser knew another accuser who was compensated

http://www.fratpack.com/article-main.php?id=30
Apparently the "alleged" victim was well aware of the financial
resources available to her if she claimed to be the victim of a sexual
assault in the State of Colorado. That's right, even before she cried rape
she knew that she would be eligible for financial aid. She knew in advance
of her claims of rape against Kobe Bryant that if she was the victim of a
sexual assault in the State of Colorado, she could apply, and receive
financial assistance from the state.
It was confirmed on Sunday that the "alleged" victim would have known
about the financial benefits available to her in the State of Colorado at
least six (6) months prior to her encounter with Kobe Bryant. That the
"alleged" victim had personal knowledge in a case where someone she knew was
compensated under similar circumstances, after the police officer in that
case told that victim how to apply for aid. That in that case the victim
did indeed receive funds from the State of Colorado.
As we piece the puzzle together in the Kobe Bryant case. The facts
seem to suggest to us the "alleged" victim knew more about what she was
doing than we've been led to believe. It also brings us back to the
question of just how much of the "alleged" victims claims of rape were
possibly based on financial gain verses her search for justice.
Fratpack.com is offering a $10,000 finders fee to the first individual
who supplies fratpack.com with an original agreement for any production,
movie, book, and/or appearance agreement for compensation entered into by,
or on behalf of, the "alleged" victim in the Kobe Bryant case. Again, this
offer shall apply to any such agreement entered into on behalf of the
"alleged" victim, by any person or persons, legally representing her
interests at the time that any such agreement was entered into. Copies,
drafts, unsigned, and/or voided documents shall not qualify under the terms
of this offer. For complete details and information go to the message
boards at www.fratpack.com
In the alternative we are offering a $5,000.00 finders fee to the first
person who provides fratpack.com with the name of any individual or
organization that is in possession of any such agreements. In this instance
a finder's fee will only be awarded if we are able to obtain the original
contract or agreement from the person or entity you supply. Again, copies,
drafts, unsigned, and/or voided documents shall not qualify under the terms
of this offer.
It is becoming more and more apparent with each passing day that the
"alleged" victim's story is getting weaker and weaker. We've heard an even
stronger argument made on the Abrams Report this past Saturday where the
guest continued to argue that the it had to be rape if the "alleged" victim
had bled.
We want to remind you once again that Laie and the "alleged" victim had
a discussion as to why she had previously bled after having sex with a man
who was larger in size than she was accustomed to. Laie and the "alleged"
victim had a detailed and in depth conversation as to why she would bleed
from that position. That previously when the "alleged" victim had sex with
someone who was larger than she normally was use to in that position that
she had sex with Kobe Bryant in, it would and did cause bleeding by the
"alleged" victim.
We know the main stream media refuses to report all the facts because
they're afraid of offending their advertisers and/or some of their readers,
listeners, or viewers. Fortunately we don't have that problem, and have no
such problem in reporting all the facts available to us in this case. It's
a shame that an innocent man may end up being convicted of a crime because
the main stream media is more concerned about the judge banning their
reporters from the courtroom, rather than reporting all the facts of the
case.
How many other people are out there who have relevant information about
the "alleged" victim? But are unable to bring their information forward
because the main stream media refuses to broadcast or publish the
information. That they are more interested in protecting their advertising
dollars than presenting a fair and impartial representation of the facts in
the Kobe Bryant case.
I hope there never comes a day that your freedom depends on main stream
media providing information that will result in you being found innocent
because of the subject matter. Rape may not be the most popular issue to
defend someone against. But when all the facts in the Kobe Bryant case
point to so many problems with the accuser. It's time that the main stream
media gets their heads out of their wallets, and do the job they're expected
to.

Here are some Orkut comments on Laie:
"You really don't want to be friends with anyone with legal trouble,
but obviously, someone as innovative as she is to turn an ugly situation
into something profitable is enterprising and deserves to be mooched
off of...."
"Ask her to be your friend, sleep with her brother and sue him. See
if she writes something cool about YOU."
"It looks like she and her friends get some high quality
bouncy-bouncy from some high quality men. And they
get it on a relentless schedule."
"but Laie herself looks like she was kicked in the head by a mule.
She writes like it, too. If I could hear her bark we might have a
trifecta: PASS, to win, place, and show."

Apparently the "alleged" victim
By the way, there's proof positive that the author of this article is
(1) totally biased, and (2) has the knowledge of a six-year-old.
Why's "alleged" in quotes? One generally puts questionable claims in
quotes: e.g., the "doctor," the "victim," the "hunky" guy. Replace
"alleged" with "so-called," though, and you've got something that
makes no sense. The victim didn't claim to be "so-called."
In the future, then, go for "victim." It won't make your ceaseless
attacks on the victim any more believable, but they won't look quite
so third-grade.
