It’s All Over Except For The Money Trial

Well now Kate Faber is not an "alleged" victim anymore. She finally
is getting the chance to go after what she wants, "the money." On
Wednesday Judge Terry Ruckriegle said, "This case is dismissed," in
reference to the rape charges brought against Kobe Bryant. The
charges were dropped because Kate Faber told prosecutors she could not
go on with the case. Well she wouldn’t go on with the Criminal
case. But she is going to pursue "the money" in the civil case. Even
though a friend of Kobe Bryant’s said Kobe told him earlier that
"that woman isn’t getting a nickel." Check out the message
boards at frat pack to see what the buzz on the case is now that the
criminal complaint has been dismissed.
Neither Kobe Bryant nor Kate Faber were present in the courtroom
when the judge issued his ruling. But as part of apparent deal Kobe
Bryant issued this statement through his attorneys, "Although I truly
believe this encounter between us was consensual, I recognize now that
she did not and does not view this incident the same way that I did."
Watch and see if John Clune and Lin Wood don’t try and twist
that statement to their benefit in a Public Relations campaign prior
to the civil case.
Kate Faber's Mom and Dad were present in the courtroom to hear
why she claimed she couldn't go through with the criminal trial. The
woman's parents were in the courtroom to hear the prosecutor explain
that the woman, who has had death threats, could not go through with
the trial. District Attorney Mark Hurlbert said to the judge right at
the beginning of the hearing that, "This motion is to dismiss based on
the sole fact that the victim is unable to continue."
Hurlbert said after the hearing with regards to Kate Faber that,
"She is truly, truly an amazing person." Hurlbert also said, "Today
justice was sadly interrupted." That wasn’t even a good CYA
statement. In fact that is probably one of the worst parting comments
I've ever heard that means "we screwed this entire case up from the
beginning" that I've ever heard. There never was a case to begin
with, and this has been about money from the beginning just as it
continues to be about money to this day.

The defense had already filed a motion asking that the case be
dismissed prior to the hearing Wednesday evening. They claimed that
the DA did not provide information that one of the DA's believed that
the sex with Kate Faber was consensual. Of course who would have ever
thought that to be the case?
In their filing the defense said the DA's expert witness would
have "undermined the accuser's allegations" about the cause of Kate
Faber's injuries which she claimed occurred when Bryant assaulted her.
Which appears may have never happened in the first place.
Many legal observers who have been following this case have said
from the beginning that the prosecutions case was weak at best. Most
of these observers thought that the case should have been dismissed
after the judge ruled that testimony about Kate Faber’s sexual
activities before and after the time she said she was raped would be
admissible at trial.
This was critical to the defense case because they claimed that
Kate Faber’s injuries were the result of consensual sex with
someone else shortly before she claimed Kobe Bryant assaulted her. Of
course Kate Faber says that never happened.

Celebration of anything that diminishes women's rights is pathetic.

Cheers to all the misogynists; hope you sleep well knowing this could happen
to your daughter, too.

*This* could not happen to my daughters because they don't sneak into
stranger's rooms alone at night. If, on the other hand, a stranger sneaks
into one of my daughter's rooms at night and actually rapes them, I hope
that Katelyn Faber's reckless abuses won't interfere with their ability to
obtain justice.

So falsely accusing someone of sexual assault and rape in order to get
his money, does not diminish women's rights?
So women's rights are now hanging on money hungry psychopathic #@&@
es
who have a history in falsely accusing innocent men of rape and
recanting their stories after a while or expose themselves as the money
hungry skanks that they are?
Nice rights, one must say.

I hope you son or daughter get falsely accused of a crime and has to
spend life in prison. It would be poetic justice!
