I recently received an email from someone who apparently does not
approve of the way I run a particular volunteer group. The letter is
venomous, rude and IMHO from someone letting their emotions run their
mouth and keyboard (there is also a significant amount of venomous
catty comments that this person has also made to various people.
So,what potential liability might I encounter if I publish this email
on the internet or provide a copy of it to everyone in this volunteer
group, or have it published in the local newspaper? This person is
also applying for a teaching position in a local school, any liability
in sending a copy to their personnel office?
