Awwww. The horror --- the horror ---
But in her response, Assistant Attorney General Athena
Andaya, representing the Department of Corrections, said
prison officials have broad discretion in managing inmates.
And in denying them recreational drugs in prison.
And, she said, courts have concluded there is no
constitutional right to smoke, particularly in prison.
Three cheers for Audrey Silk!
