Many people are outraged by the resolution in the Kobe Bryant case.
Whatever
one thinks about the facts in the case, paying a victim hush money to go
south is unconscionably unjust in any criminal case.
So is making unfounded allegations about payment of hush money.

How can the these two paragraphs be consistent? If he is raping her
from behind, how does he come on her face?

Payoffs breed
corruption and cynicism and in this post-OJ culture, we needed a kick in
the
other direction.
Why? So you can jerk off in front of the TV while the details of the
alleged rape are described for you?
We should be glad private arrangements had been made instead of involving
the public. Not everything needs to be dragged through the courts. If a
settlement is agreeable between the parties involved, it's none of your damn
business.

I have a valid explanation. Both paragraphs are equally
wrong. In the first, there is no corrboration that he
ejaculated on her face, or ejaculated at all, for that matter.
No swabs found his sperm above her necklike (unlike others'
sperm), and the detective testified that he stopped when she
effectively communicated for him to stop. Not "finished,"
"stopped."
In the second paragraph, you have a completely circular
argument. The paragraph, which tries to convince you of the
strength of the rape allegation, requires an a priori
assumption that a rape occurred. It also asserts facts not
in evidence -- that Bryant's thumb was clearly responsible
for the bruise. And given how she misrepresents facts that
ARE in evidence, I see no reason to trust her representation
of this evidence.
