My wife spelled Matthew with one "t' when they came in the hospital after
she gave birth because she was in distress. I have filed a petition for name
change in the general sessions court, I just realized that I may need to
provide another document as well if the judge approves it so we can submit
it to the vital statistics or wherever you get a birth certificate. Any
ideas?
