What charges get reimbursed in a claim against an InsuranceCompany when
*liability* has been accepted?
I was hit/run/&totaled 3 months ago. Other partys insurance company,
Progressive, assumed liabilty but now refuses to pay for my car rental bill.
I am learning now that buying the Collision Damage Waiver option at
Enterprise reant a car may not be re-imbursible . Now I'm told I'm stuck
paying 2grand for accumulated insurance charges on the rental.
