We at Broomleigh Housing Association have spent the last twenty-four
months testing a legal reform: removing the need for litigation to end
a tenancy.
This creates no problems, and saves the Courts time, and complaints
from tenants about Broomleigh Housing Association blocking their access
to legal services in order to secure possession. The allegation is
nonsense. We block their access to all services indefinitely.
We favour landlord evictions, a policy that has the support of the
Metropolitan Police. We require the government to pass into law that
landlords may evict any tenant not in full compliance with their
tenancy agreement, without notice.
