Would you like to be "held" by the neck by a goon 3 times your size? Sounds like something the rough gay trade does. He said he stopped when she said no, hmmmm, did he also lie about not having sex with the victim when he was first questioned? So you know how it is with liars...lame in the trust department.

Kobe never mentioned "neck" in the transcript. The detectives were the ones saying it.
He said he stopped when she said no, hmmmm, did he also lie about not having sex with the victim when he was first questioned? So you know how it is with liars...lame in the trust department.
She also said he stopped. Check this out. Her story is, he leaned over and asked her if she liked the "jumpshot" to her face. She said no. He said he was going to DO IT ANYWAY whether she liked it or not. She prys his hands from her neck (nevermind there are no marks on his hand) and then that's it. He stopped. His story is, he leaned over and asked her if she would perform some sort of sexual act (presumably the jumpshot story). She said no, he stopped. Basically in her story, Kobe was going to DO IT ANYWAY whether she liked it or not. But yet he didn't. He just stopped. Why? She's the one claiming he was going to do it regardless yet he didn't do it. Instead he finished the job AFTER she left. At least Kobe's story makes sense. He doesn't want to ejaculate inside her so he asks her whether she likes it on the face. She doesn't. So he stops and finishes the job after she leaves. Her story doesn't make sense. The violent rapist is telling her I'm going to do it anyway yet he doesn't. She prys his hand away and yet the violent rapist doesn't fight back, instead acquiesces to her wishes. He just stops and proceeds to masturbate afterwards. -- "The Federal Reserve(Banks) are one of the most corrupt institutions the world has ever seen. Are you interested in gay sex? Good for you. I am not. But to answer your first question, you shouldn't go to someone "3 times" your size, stay after your work hours, plan it ahead, sneak to his room, flirt with him, show him a tattoo on your ass, put your hand in his crotch, touch his penis, give him a blow job, take off your close, have your legs up, bend over the chair, allow him to do you, and then cry rape, especially when you never said no.
He said he stopped when she said no, hmmmm, did he also lie about not having sex with the victim when he was first questioned? So you know how it is with liars...lame in the trust department.
The only lame thing here, is that you are willing to form an opinion about something that you are clueless in. http://www.allstarz.org/kobe/trialgraphic02.htm Winters also acknowledged the woman didn't tell him she told Bryant "no" when he interviewed her the day after the alleged rape. "I asked the accuser why she never told Mr. Bryant 'no,' " Winters wrote in his report. I suggest that you look for facts instead of bull#@($ that you read in feminist newsgroups and web sites.

Even if we accepted that Kobe is a liar, we already know the DNA evidence directly contradicts her story so she's a liar too. And since, in this country at least, the onus of proof is on the accuser and not the accused, his credibility is largely irrelevant, whereas hers is critical. Max --

His only other choice involves killing her and hiding the body until he could get out of town. There seems to be a point at which he realizes what he's about and stops- at that point, he's only got a couple of options. Chas

Um, according to her, all he had to do is threaten to choke her to death. Or like you said, it would EASY for a guy like him to control her. You said it not me. Yet he makes no attempt. Nope. According to her. After she pryed his hands away, he stopped. Even though she clamed he wasn't going to stop regardless of what she thought. Like I said, her story gets weaker and weaker.

There isn't any evidence that contradicts his story other than her. Her story however, is a different story. She claimed he choked her. No evidence of that. No marks on her neck. She claimed she had to pry his hands off of her. No evidence of that. Should be some evidence especially when she claimed he held her TIGHT. And Kobe said in the tape that his hands are strong. Yet no nails dug into his hands. No scratches. No nothing. She claims she cried the whole time. And that she ran from the room scared that Kobe would follow her and ran straight for the exit. No evidence of that. Night Auditor saw her after she left and she looked fine. The detective testified that she didn't make a run for the exit. That she returned back to the front desk to continue working. She claims she didn't have sex afterwards. Evidence says otherwise. Experts from BOTH sides (the defense expert and the CBI expert) agree. The text messages probably confirm it as well.

Det, Loya: And this is how we work Kobe, we're not, we're not here to destroy your career or your image but we do have a serious matter at hand that we'd like to resolve and it's all gonna depend on your cooperation and how you want to resolve it. Bryant: Well. Do I have to? Det. Winters: Well, that's up to you, I mean we'd like to find our your side of the story, we'll get into the details of it, we'll explain what's going on. Um, but that's all we want to do Kobe. (Unclear talking over). Det. Loya: and that's one of the reasons, and that's one of the reasons, this is one of the reasons we're up here at this time of night. Bryant: Ask me what, ask me something, ask me anything. Detective Loya: Were you with a female party last night? Bryant: Um, I was with a lady who showed me around yes. Detective Loya: Okay. Then why stop if it's so easy to control her?
Ask Kobe. He likes strangling women during sex- maybe he can't finish if they're not gasping or something- who knows? Maybe as he realizes she's not enjoying the rape scenario, and actually scared to death, he demurs as an act of conscience- hard to say. Sure he did-
Nope. According to her. After she pryed his hands away, he stopped.
Ya gotta wonder how long she'd been trying to get away when he finally felt her 'prying his hands away'.
Even though she clamed he wasn't going to stop regardless of what she thought.
Maybe his various enamorata like the rape fantasy when he talks rough to them, and he thought it was a common interest in women.
She claimed he choked her. No evidence of that. No marks on her neck.
Let's get a guy who's a foot taller and a pro athlete to put his hands around *your* neck and demand some pussy.
She claimed she had to pry his hands off of her. No evidence of that. Should be some evidence especially when she claimed he held her TIGHT. And Kobe said in the tape that his hands are strong. Yet no nails dug into his hands. No scratches. No nothing.
Does she have 'nails'?
She claims she cried the whole time. And that she ran from the room scared that Kobe would follow her and ran straight for the exit. No evidence of that. Night Auditor saw her after she left and she looked fine. The detective testified that she didn't make a run for the exit. That she returned back to the front desk to continue working.
That's one story- she and Pietrack have another.
She claims she didn't have sex afterwards. Evidence says otherwise. Experts from BOTH sides (the defense expert and the CBI expert) agree. The text messages probably confirm it as well.
None of the evidence was conclusive- only room for reasonable doubt, not some refutation of her story. And, it still has no bearing on the assault itself, even if true. Chas

Why don't you cut out the BS and admit that you are just squirming at the thought of a rich black man getting more eager pussy than you ever will?

The real chas comes out again. Not the one who was pretending to be an "expert" witness and was trying to tell us that he/she/it has a point somewhere. You will never grow up, and all you have added to these newsgroups is bull#@($ and your mom/little sister posts like this. You are pathetic.

The only lame thing here, is that you are willing to form an opinion about something that you are clueless in.
Oh like you haven't formed a very strong opinion yourself, SportsJob? You were not there either but are like a rabid dog attacking any opposing posistion. Have you ever been a tall ,statuesque, attractive blonde who gets hit on all the time? You are the one with no clue as to how much an attractive girl gets proposistioned. You are the clueless ball chaser.
http://www.allstarz.org/kobe/trialgraphic02.htm Winters also acknowledged the woman didn't tell him she told Bryant "no" when he interviewed her the day after the alleged rape. "I asked the accuser why she never told Mr. Bryant 'no,' " Winters wrote in his report. I suggest that you look for facts instead of bull#@($ that you read in feminist newsgroups and web sites.
Gosh, could you let me know about these groups. There probably a lot more informed than I am and I can get some better facts and reinforcements!

Yawn. More boring crap from an insecure feminist who still didn't read about the case. She went to his room, she planned it, she sneaked to his room, flirted with him, showed him a tattoo on his ass, started kissing him, bent over and had her leg up and asked him to "do her", before that she was giving him a blow job. Get a clue, Becky, the prosecution didn't drop the case because they felt like it, they knew that she was lying, you lazy fat psychopathic witch. http://www.allstarz.org/kobe/trialgraphic02.htm Winters also acknowledged the woman didn't tell him she told Bryant "no" when he interviewed her the day after the alleged rape. LOL. Possibly true, at least someone there should be able to tell the difference between "They're" and "There", and don't need to spend their welfare checks to buy and read "Hooked on Phonics", while they claimed that they were in movies and TV.
and I can get some better facts and reinforcements!
Feminists morons usually agree with each other.

Get out of your cave and go read the transcripts of the court, and then read the tape released by your heros, the prosecution (ROFLMAO), and then get back here to get your sorry feminist ass educated more. If you cannot find a reference for all the above, ask nicely, I might consider wasting a bit of my time, and do the search for you, since you have problems in reading and searching, and your IQ is really low.
