The following is the 57-page transcript received in the mail Wednesday to
Vail Daily Assistant Managing Editor Randy, who has covered the Kobe Bryant
rape case throughout its course. The transcript came with a CD of the tape
recording when Eagle County sheriff's detectives Doug Winters and Dan Loya
questioned him the night after the incident.
Wyrick recognized the voices of the detectives and Kobe Bryant, but there
was no way to tell if the recording and transcript had been altered in any
way.
The court has withheld the recording from the public under seal, which
attorneys for numerous media organizations including the Vail Daily have
been seeking to have released since the criminal case is over. They have
argued that with Bryant's rights to a fair trial now having passed with the
dismissal of the case, the public has a right to view the documents to
better evaluate the work of its government representatives.
The following has been lightly edited for language and the most graphic
details of the events as Bryant described them:
Kobe Bryant interview version 8/6/04
Detective Winters: Um, involving yourself and another party so ...
Bryant: What is it?
Detective Winters: Um well I don't really want to talk about it, here can we
go back to our room and could we talk about it there?
Bryant: Yeah come on.
Detective Winters: Okay, all right.
Detective Loya: Who's this gentleman here?
Bryant: That's one of my security guards.
Detective Loya: Okay. Do you mind if he stays with these officers here while
we talk to you.
Bryant: Yeah sure.
Detective Loya: Okay. Hey Bri will you make, my cars locked. Will you check
my car? Let's go to your room and then we'll, let's go to your room and then
we'll talk about it there.
Bryant: Well ...
Soft unclear voices
(Unknown female voice): Want me to FI him?
Bryant: Inaudible.
Detective Winters: Okay. We have uh, well OK, look, let me uh, let me
explain something okay. We have a ... we received a call earlier today with
an allegation (unclear).
Unknown female voice: Okay.
Bryant: (Inaudible).
Detective Loya: ... Do you want me to hold those for you or are you all
right?
Detective Winters: We received a call and took a report of a possible sexual
assault allegation so we just want to talk to you about it and find out,
yeah, find out your side of the the story and find out what's going on.
Bryant: What's gonna happen?
Detective Winters: What's gonna happen?
Bryant: Yeah.
Detective Winters: Well right now nothing's happening at this time. We just
want to find out, get your side of the story and figure out what's going on,
okay? We wanna, we wanna get out, what our policy is, is um, we get every
side of every story. Okay. Um ...
Detective Loya: So that's why we want to talk to you and get your side of
the story.
Detective Winters: Yeah, get your side of the story and figure out what's
going on.
Detective Loya: But we don't want to do it in front of everybody, okay, that
we wanted to go back to ...
Det. Winters: We don't to make a scene for you, cause we understand the
situation.
Bryant: All right, cause it's personal. I don't understand what's going on.
What side of the story will you follow, what exactly?
Detective Loya: do you want to talk about it in front of everybody or do you
wanna go into a room ... ?
Detective Winters: This is, this is your ...
Bryant: This is my career.
Det. Loya: So where's your room at?
Bryant: It's all the way on the other side man, I can't walk there.
Det. Loya: If we take it slow, can we ...?
Bryant: That's a long walk.
Detective Winters: We'll just take it real slow.
Det. Loya: Did you have ...
Detective Winters: Whatever you want to do.
Det. Loya: Did you have knee surgery today or ...?
Bryant: Yes I did just today. (Inaudible) come on please.
Det. Loya: What they do, what they do?
Bryant: Um, cartilage.
Det. Loya: Cartilage?
Bryant: My bodyguards I got to, I got to tell them what's going on, my
biggest fear is my career and ...
Det. Winters: I understand.
Bryant: ... my image, so.
Det. Winters: ... very, very much so and we're trying to respect that as
much as we can all right.
Det, Loya: And this is how we work Kobe, we're not, we're not here to
destroy your career or your image but we do have a serious matter at hand
that we'd like to resolve and it's all gonna depend on your cooperation and
how you want to resolve it.
Bryant: Well. Do I have to?
Det. Winters: Well, that's up to you, I mean we'd like to find our your side
of the story, we'll get into the details of it, we'll explain what's going
on. Um, but that's all we want to do Kobe. (Unclear talking over).
Det. Loya: and that's one of the reasons, and that's one of the reasons,
this is one of the reasons we're up here at this time of night.
Bryant: Ask me what, ask me something, ask me anything.
Detective Loya: Were you with a female party last night?
Bryant: Um, I was with a lady who showed me around yes.
Detective Loya: Okay.
Detective Winters: Okay.
Bryant: I think her name was ... . Something like that.
Det. Loya: Okay.
Detective Winters: That's what we'd like to talk about okay.
Bryant: Her?
Detective Loya: Yeah.
Detective Winters: Can you tell us what happened?
Bryant: Did she say I did something to her?
Detective Winters: ... tell us what happened with her?
Bryant: Um, she showed me around the pool, showing me around, um, we went to
my room, she showed me the back view where the bears come up to the window,
and that's about ... it, we shot the ... and that was it.
Detective Winters: Did you guys go back to your room?
Bryant: Yeah, cause she showed me where the, where the bears come up to the
window, I'm like bears ... walk up to this ...
Detective Winters: Okay.
Bryant: ... and she showed me the bathroom.
Detective Winters: Okay.
Detective Loya: Did you guys have any kinda, when you guys were in your room
what did you guys talk about? Who else was in your room. Was it just ... ?
Bryant: My knee, ... man, it was just us.
Detective Loya: Just you and her?
Bryant: Yeah.
Detective Loya: What did you guys talk about?
Bryant: Just shot the #@($, she asked me what I was here for, I told her my
knee. She wanted to be a singer. Um, she had like, um her tattoo, with like
music and instruments on it. ...
Detective Loya: Where at?
Detective Winters: Did you ask her, did you ask her to come back to your
room last night when she checked you guys in?
Bryant: Come back to my room, yeah.
Detective Winters: To come back to your room to tour, to take you on a tour?
Bryant: To show me around, yeah.
Detective Winters: All right did you uh, um, and she did that?
Bryant: Yeah.
Detective Winters: Um, she came back to your room and then uh, after the
tour was over um, you guys went back to your room?
Bryant: Um, yeah, that's when she showed me the tattoo.
Detective Winters: Where did her ...?
Detective Loya: OK. Where was her tattoo on her?
Bryant: Um, she had one on her ankle and she said she had one on her back
and said it had notes.
Detective Winters: Okay.
Detective Loya: Okay. Did you see the one on her back?
Bryant: Um, yes she showed me.
Detective Loya: How did she show you?
Bryant: She had like a strap or whatever and she like lowered it. I told her
to turn around and she lowered it and she showed me.
Detective Winters: Okay, all r

Sounds like something the rough gay trade does.
He said he stopped when she said no, hmmmm, did he also lie about
not having sex with the victim when he was first questioned? So you

Kobe never mentioned "neck" in the transcript. The detectives were the ones
saying it.
He said he stopped when she said no, hmmmm, did he also lie about
not having sex with the victim when he was first questioned? So you
know how it is with liars...lame in the trust department.
She also said he stopped.
Check this out.
Her story is, he leaned over and asked her if she liked the "jumpshot" to
her face. She said no. He said he was going to DO IT ANYWAY whether she
liked it or not. She prys his hands from her neck (nevermind there are no
marks on his hand) and then that's it. He stopped.
His story is, he leaned over and asked her if she would perform some sort of
sexual act (presumably the jumpshot story). She said no, he stopped.
Basically in her story, Kobe was going to DO IT ANYWAY whether she liked it
or not. But yet he didn't. He just stopped. Why? She's the one claiming he
was going to do it regardless yet he didn't do it. Instead he finished the
job AFTER she left.
At least Kobe's story makes sense. He doesn't want to ejaculate inside her
so he asks her whether she likes it on the face. She doesn't. So he stops
and finishes the job after she leaves.
Her story doesn't make sense. The violent rapist is telling her I'm going to
do it anyway yet he doesn't. She prys his hand away and yet the violent
rapist doesn't fight back, instead acquiesces to her wishes. He just stops
and proceeds to masturbate afterwards.

Are you interested in gay sex?
Good for you.
I am not.
But to answer your first question, you shouldn't go to someone "3
times" your size, stay after your work hours, plan it ahead, sneak to
his room, flirt with him, show him a tattoo on your ass, put your hand
in his crotch, touch his penis, give him a blow job, take off your
close, have your legs up, bend over the chair, allow him to do you, and
then cry rape, especially when you never said no.
He said he stopped when she said no, hmmmm, did he also lie about

The only lame thing here, is that you are willing to form an opinion
about something that you are clueless in.
http://www.allstarz.org/kobe/trialgraphic02.htm
Winters also acknowledged the woman didn't tell him she told Bryant "no"
when he interviewed her the day after the alleged rape.
"I asked the accuser why she never told Mr. Bryant 'no,' " Winters wrote
in his report.
I suggest that you look for facts instead of bull#@($ that you read in
feminist newsgroups and web sites.

Even if we accepted that Kobe is a liar, we already know the DNA
evidence directly contradicts her story so she's a liar too. And
since, in this country at least, the onus of proof is on the accuser
and not the accused, his credibility is largely irrelevant, whereas
hers is critical.

The following is the 57-page transcript received in the mail Wednesday to
A female, because she is naturally weaker than men, ALWAYS FORFEITS
her safety in a consensual setting. Like most brain@$#*ed American
females today, Katelyn Faber believed she was "entitled" to safety -
just for the mere fact of being female. If Katelyn Faber weren't such
a spoiled, clueless dip#@($, she would realize she was actually quite
lucky.
If females want to be "equal" sexual aggressors like men, they should
take on added responsiblity for their choices. Laws should be changed
to end, once and for all, a male's legal liability ONCE a female goes
ahead with her decision to have consensual sex/sexual acts with him.

There seems to be a point at which he realizes what he's about and stops- at

like you said, it would EASY for a guy like him to control her. You said it

Nope. According to her. After she pryed his hands away, he stopped. Even

There isn't any evidence that contradicts his story other than her.
Her story however, is a different story.
She claimed he choked her. No evidence of that. No marks on her neck.
She claimed she had to pry his hands off of her. No evidence of that. Should
be some evidence especially when she claimed he held her TIGHT. And Kobe
said in the tape that his hands are strong. Yet no nails dug into his hands.
No scratches. No nothing.
She claims she cried the whole time. And that she ran from the room scared
that Kobe would follow her and ran straight for the exit. No evidence of
that. Night Auditor saw her after she left and she looked fine. The
detective testified that she didn't make a run for the exit. That she
returned back to the front desk to continue working.
She claims she didn't have sex afterwards. Evidence says otherwise. Experts
from BOTH sides (the defense expert and the CBI expert) agree. The text
messages probably confirm it as well.

The following is the 57-page transcript received in the mail Wednesday
to
Vail Daily Assistant Managing Editor Randy, who has covered the Kobe
Bryant
rape case throughout its course. The transcript came with a CD of the
tape
recording when Eagle County sheriff's detectives Doug Winters and Dan
Loya
questioned him the night after the incident.
Wyrick recognized the voices of the detectives and Kobe Bryant, but
there
was no way to tell if the recording and transcript had been altered in
any
way.
The court has withheld the recording from the public under seal, which
attorneys for numerous media organizations including the Vail Daily have
been seeking to have released since the criminal case is over. They have
argued that with Bryant's rights to a fair trial now having passed with
the
dismissal of the case, the public has a right to view the documents to
better evaluate the work of its government representatives.
The following has been lightly edited for language and the most graphic
details of the events as Bryant described them:
Kobe Bryant interview version 8/6/04
Detective Winters: Um, involving yourself and another party so ...
Bryant: What is it?
Detective Winters: Um well I don't really want to talk about it, here
can we
go back to our room and could we talk about it there?
Bryant: Yeah come on.
Detective Winters: Okay, all right.
Detective Loya: Who's this gentleman here?
Bryant: That's one of my security guards.
Detective Loya: Okay. Do you mind if he stays with these officers here
while
we talk to you.
Bryant: Yeah sure.
Detective Loya: Okay. Hey Bri will you make, my cars locked. Will you
check
my car? Let's go to your room and then we'll, let's go to your room and
then
we'll talk about it there.
Bryant: Well ...
Soft unclear voices
(Unknown female voice): Want me to FI him?
Bryant: Inaudible.
Detective Winters: Okay. We have uh, well OK, look, let me uh, let me
explain something okay. We have a ... we received a call earlier today
with
an allegation (unclear).
Unknown female voice: Okay.
Bryant: (Inaudible).
Detective Loya: ... Do you want me to hold those for you or are you all
right?
Detective Winters: We received a call and took a report of a possible
sexual
assault allegation so we just want to talk to you about it and find out,
yeah, find out your side of the the story and find out what's going on.
Bryant: What's gonna happen?
Detective Winters: What's gonna happen?
Bryant: Yeah.
Detective Winters: Well right now nothing's happening at this time. We
just
want to find out, get your side of the story and figure out what's going
on,
okay? We wanna, we wanna get out, what our policy is, is um, we get
every
side of every story. Okay. Um ...
Detective Loya: So that's why we want to talk to you and get your side
of
the story.
Detective Winters: Yeah, get your side of the story and figure out
what's
going on.
Detective Loya: But we don't want to do it in front of everybody, okay,
that
we wanted to go back to ...
Det. Winters: We don't to make a scene for you, cause we understand the
situation.
Bryant: All right, cause it's personal. I don't understand what's going
on.
What side of the story will you follow, what exactly?
Detective Loya: do you want to talk about it in front of everybody or do
you
wanna go into a room ...
Det, Loya: And this is how we work Kobe, we're not, we're not here to
destroy your career or your image but we do have a serious matter at
hand
that we'd like to resolve and it's all gonna depend on your cooperation
and
how you want to resolve it.
Bryant: Well. Do I have to?
Det. Winters: Well, that's up to you, I mean we'd like to find our your
side
of the story, we'll get into the details of it, we'll explain what's
going
Bryant: Um, she showed me around the pool, showing me around, um, we
went to
my room, she showed me the back view where the bears come up to the
window,
and that's about ... it, we shot the ... and that was it.
Detective Winters: Did you guys go back to your room?
Bryant: Yeah, cause she showed me where the, where the bears come up to
the
window, I'm like bears ... walk up to this ...
Detective Winters: Okay.
Bryant: ... and she showed me the bathroom.
Detective Winters: Okay.
Detective Loya: Did you guys have any kinda, when you guys were in your
room
what did you guys talk about? Who else was in your room. Was it just ...
? Bryant: My knee, ... man, it was just us.
Detective Loya: Just you and her?
Bryant: Yeah.
Detective Loya: What did you guys talk about?
Bryant: Just shot the #@($, she asked me what I was here for, I told her
my
knee. She wanted to be a singer. Um, she had like, um her tattoo, with
like
music and instruments on it. ...
Detective Loya: Where at?
Detective Winters: Did you ask her, did you ask her to come back to your
room last night when she checked you guys in?
Bryant: Come back to my room,

Ask Kobe.
He likes strangling women during sex- maybe he can't finish if they're not
gasping or something- who knows? Maybe as he realizes she's not enjoying the
rape scenario, and actually scared to death, he demurs as an act of
conscience- hard to say.
Sure he did-
Nope. According to her. After she pryed his hands away, he stopped.
Ya gotta wonder how long she'd been trying to get away when he finally felt
her 'prying his hands away'.
Even
though she clamed he wasn't going to stop regardless of what she thought.
Maybe his various enamorata like the rape fantasy when he talks rough to
them, and he thought it was a common interest in women.
She claimed he choked her. No evidence of that. No marks on her neck.
Let's get a guy who's a foot taller and a pro athlete to put his hands
around *your* neck and demand some pussy.
She claimed she had to pry his hands off of her. No evidence of that.
Should
be some evidence especially when she claimed he held her TIGHT. And Kobe
said in the tape that his hands are strong. Yet no nails dug into his
hands.
No scratches. No nothing.
Does she have 'nails'?
She claims she cried the whole time. And that she ran from the room scared
that Kobe would follow her and ran straight for the exit. No evidence of
that. Night Auditor saw her after she left and she looked fine. The
detective testified that she didn't make a run for the exit. That she
returned back to the front desk to continue working.
That's one story- she and Pietrack have another.
She claims she didn't have sex afterwards. Evidence says otherwise.
Experts
from BOTH sides (the defense expert and the CBI expert) agree. The text
messages probably confirm it as well.
None of the evidence was conclusive- only room for reasonable doubt, not
some refutation of her story.
And, it still has no bearing on the assault itself, even if true.

ever will?

Not the one who was pretending to be an "expert" witness and was trying

You will never grow up, and all you have added to these newsgroups is
bull#@($ and your mom/little sister posts like this.
You are pathetic.

The only lame thing here, is that you are willing to form an opinion
about something that you are clueless in.
Oh like you haven't formed a very strong opinion yourself, SportsJob? You
were not there either but are like a rabid dog attacking any opposing
posistion. Have you ever been a tall ,statuesque, attractive blonde who gets
hit on all the time? You are the one with no clue as to how much an
attractive girl gets proposistioned. You are the clueless ball chaser.

Gosh, could you let me know about these groups. There probably a lot more
informed than I am and I can get some better facts and reinforcements!

Yawn.
More boring crap from an insecure feminist who still didn't read about
the case.
She went to his room, she planned it, she sneaked to his room, flirted

Get a clue, Becky, the prosecution didn't drop the case because they
felt like it, they knew that she was lying, you lazy fat psychopathic
witch.

You just troll aimlessly.

LOL.
Possibly true, at least someone there should be able to tell the
difference between "They're" and "There", and don't need to spend their
welfare checks to buy and read "Hooked on Phonics", while they claimed
that they were in movies and TV.
and I can get some better facts and reinforcements!
Feminists morons usually agree with each other.

Get out of your cave and go read the transcripts of the court, and then
read the tape released by your heros, the prosecution (ROFLMAO), and
then get back here to get your sorry feminist ass educated more.
If you cannot find a reference for all the above, ask nicely, I might
consider wasting a bit of my time, and do the search for you, since you
have problems in reading and searching, and your IQ is really low.
