Since the 'Uncle Tom' of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, finally has spoken,
and also declared the war on Iraq illegal, Aznar and his ilk should be taken to
court too.

It is clearly confirmed by many earlier - that all the countries in the
so-called "Coalition of the Willing" (='Killing') are guilty of war crimes and
today one can see and hear how they try to lie their way out.
But they all are guilty; certainly by association
with the illegal american/israeli war machine.
Japan 'will study what Annan means', Australia trying to defend itself too:
Australian Prime Minister and war criminal John Howard today rejected claims by
UN Secretary General Kofi Annan that the Iraq war was "illegal", slamming the
United Nations.
Since the 'Uncle Tom' of the United Nations, Kofi Annan, finally has spoken, and
also declared the war on Iraq illegal, Aznar and his ilk should be taken to
court too.
In the UK the treacherous Blair refers his criminal acts to some "Overlord/judge
Goldsmitt - who absolved UK war crimes in advance by declaring the Iraq war
'legal' - contrary to international law, the UN Charter and conventions.
But in reality and according to international law, all those are responsible of
dragging their people and countries into an illegal war, with already many well
documented war crimes, are guilty and must be punished.
The attack: an illegal and thus criminal act:
At 2.34 am GMT and 5.34 am Baghdad Time on 20th March 2003 (9.34 pm EST on 19th
March 2003), the armed forces of the United States of America ("the
USA") and of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland ("the UK")
commenced warlike operations against the Republic of Iraq ("Iraq")
with air and missile strikes against "targets of opportunity" in Baghdad.
Those strikes were eventually followed up by a ground invasion of Iraq, the
overthrow of the Iraqi government and the occupation of Iraq.

It all of course means in reality, that as soon as international law is valid
again, all those warmongers and their followers must be accused of their crimes

Armed Forces are required to obey the UN Charter and to
follow the orders of Kofi Annan?
Where in Iraqi law does it say that Iraq has to obey the orders
of some maniac in Washington DC ?
