I do not have a business relationship with Sprint. I have sent a certified
letter directing that I be placed on their do-not-call list of Sprint. Since
the certified mail was received at Sprint HQ in Kansas, I have received 6 phone
calls from Sprint customer service.
I am about to write the the FCC and FTC, but can I sue them for damages
personally?
