I've been separated from my ex for a couple years now and think it
about time to dissolve our marriage. The problem is I no longer know
where he is. Can I still file for divorce if I don't know where he
is? I know, or think I know, that he is nowhere in Florida based on
his last known address. If I am able to file even without this
information, what type of divorce would this be considered? How is
such a case handled?... what is the time frame?.... do I have to wait
until he shows up again? We share no assets and the court has already
ordered child support for our two boys months ago, of which I've seen
none. Any information would be greatly appreciated.
