Thank you for publishing the transcript of Kobe's interview.
All this time the prosecutors kept harping on how the tape would be so
damaging to Kobe Bryant.
You know what I found damaging to Kobe Bryant? He's a married man that
commited adultery. This is the thing, WE ALREADY KNEW THAT! What did they
expect him to say when they asked him if he had sex with the girl? Who said,
"I DID NOT have sexual relations with that woman!" That's what married men
do. They lie about the affair! If they were honest they wouldn't be cheating
in the first place!
Had Kobe answered, "Yeah, so?" They'd say he was crude. ...
If this case hinged on her testimony and this tape, Hurlbert had nothing.
I didn't like the way the detectives were trying to lead him into saying
he'd pay her. ...
Had the trial went on and I was sitting on that jury, I'd find him innocent.
I hope that when they hear this in civil court they award her nothing. How
can you be too traumatized to attempt to put someone that you claim violated
you in prison but you're not to traumatized to have the court force him to
write you a check? ...

videotaped interview?

between Katelyn Katrine Faber and her boyfriend Matt Herr,

on by the courts, the general public has every right to voice their
opinion (like sportsfan voiced his opinion that she is guilty of

When she is charged, my opinion on her is that she is a perpetrator of
the above listed crime, but I still assume that she is innocent until 12
