EAGLE, Colo. Some previously sealed court records in the Kobe Bryant sexual
assault case are due to be released tomorrow.
The items had been sealed by a Colorado judge until the charge against
Bryant was dropped. The defense dropped its objection to their release.
A spokeswoman for the Eagle County Sheriff's Department says the records
could include a transcript of the N-B-A star's interview with detectives,
some witness statements, an arrest affidavit and investigators' reports.
They also could include phone records and other documents.

the text messages and the letter retracting part of her statement.

Whatever this is, was known long before Bryant's statement of admission.
There will not be a civil trial, because there will be a settlement. No way
will Bryant put himself, his wife, and his many mistresses through sworn
depositions. The victim, on the other hand, has already had her life
trashed. But Bryant confessing his infidilities for his wife, no way.

Like the evidence that the accuser had had sex with someone other than
Bryant
within a 3 day period didn't exist?
Mackey's battin' 1000 here, I'm gonna go with her veracity over that of the
bumbling lying incompetent anti-male dishonest district attorney.
