I have a friend who many years ago, was the victim of one of those
published harassment suggestions in harassment books, whereby a vastly
younger girl phoned in a claim that she was "going to kill myself and
go on a rampage", including claims that anything she said about
herself such as including ever having gone to college, were
"delusional". It did not work the first two times, but eventually a
falsified petition not to a court as other police had already thrown
this out multiple times on the same day, but to a hospital to get
around the entire due process system including the police, and the
woman was held for 7 days, including a weekend for Easter that year,
until someone from out of the area faxed in the entire section of
Illinois law to correct false claims about options to just do these
things, and actual factual evidence about the woman was provided to
the states attorney, after multiple people had in writing advised
releasing the woman who had refused all services as well, forced them
to let the woman go and forcibly terminated the entire scenario.
Unfortunately, that was not the end, but the beginning.
The laws at the time classified the filing of a false petition to do
that and filing false papers with the court, as felonies, as were
violating in camera requirements for the topic or releasing any
information alleged to have anything to do with the victim or the
topic.
However, the people involved started poison pen lettering her aimed at
support relationships, employers, boyfriends, and of course, any local
college as she was taking some classes post graduate, which the girl
was angry about along with raging at the world she was going to
destroy. Each act was classified as another felony, and as the girl's
ploy had included manipulating a person with a violent history to
break in to the victim's home rather than follow the police and
violently assaulted the woman, more felonies were involved.
Because of the area of law involved, the only option for an lawyer
involved the state paid lawyer, who first phoned the woman's father
and conned him through getting massive information not on the case but
on "what she had going for her" with a con about how he was going to
take care of everything, and then immediately went after the woman and
her family, disabusing the perps about the laws in effect having any
meaning as nobody would enforce them, and destroyed their legal rights
in practice in a repetitious war that went on directly for 5 years
after the states attorney had closed the case as fictitious harassment
of a victim who had been violently attacked, possibly raped due to
physical evidence that was compatible with a rape, and held against
their will for a week also found to have been done with false papers
and so illegally and feloniously.
The victim is still being stalked and harassed by the perps and
resulting from the state employee declaring her pursuit and the
repetitious assault on having a job and on vacumning off massive sums
of money in a deliberate harassment case in an area the victim fled
many many years ago, ever since.
What should she do, and what in fact can she do that is not, like
seeking the assistance of the regulatory agency in Illinois that is
supposed to have the law enforced to protect the public and will not
if the victims have any income or anything else which reduces them to
massive abuse victims, which did include the same state employee
abusing an elderly man as part of his dirty work, going to just keep
making things worse?
State police at the time when it was not possible to alter
arrangements any more times, had advised the victim to change her name
and go into hiding as the actual extent of any benefit of the
protection of the law or rights she had in practice, as evidenced by
the mass refusal to provide any legal services at all or any charges
taken at all regarding all of this, from that time onward, and the
documentation against all persons involved fills digital tapes and
CDs, so the harassment nature and harassment intent is all there ever
was and remains about the case that is so cold-blooded and calculating
that the stalking continues to enable more and more round, and more
and more wiping out of assets and lives and chasing the victim into
hiding and relocations that have never been enough.
