My friend's problem by this point is terrifying acute, after 11 years
of repeating baiting and taunting and harassment about not having any
rights as nobody is going to "help the #@&@
" as she was labeled for
having gone to college and having a job, to downstate Illinois, as the
hostilities involved including expressing so much laughter at the
family involved that it remains a case with strong similarities to the
Nazi laughter at slamming the heads of jews into brick walls to murder
them by violent abuse.
What I did not mention about the MO's involved, and the local laughter
at them in the area of the state of Illinois this is coming from is
the following.
One, like most stalking victims, she has relocated several times,
seeking to find some way to just live somewhere as the ugly pounding
about her gender and "having a job" instead of being an older
housewife in their eyes suitably limited to a life controlled by
someone male who preferably acts out the gender rage involved, and
slaps her around if she gets "out of her place" which keeps coming up
as an issue to the people involved.
She has been located every time, and the war starts again, regarding
shaking everybody about "thinking they have any rights", "make me"
regarding getting any end to this, and falsifying labelling alleging
disabilities all feloniously without release forms also not to
healthcare, but to employers, boyfriends, and where she tried to
retrain as her options are limited because she was not a housewife and
so the demanded poverty-level unskilled "humiliating" like the rape
was "humiliating" and the stalking is "humiliating" is not possible
for someone with job skills, a work history, etc.
This war party from downstate Illinois has been across jurisdictional
lines across counties and at time across state lines for 11 years, and
has nothing to it other than laughing about being able to make this
much Whitewater like war out of a closed case found to be falsified
that at least one other state felt needed to be prosecuted as a
kidnapping/rape, not a "funny cartoon".
Abuse of women, the elderly, etc., have all been features of the
people involved.
Relocating has been "politically" attacked as "not being stable" and
therefore a sign that the female needs to be violently subjugated some
more about not having any "rights" and her "place".
Illinois has officially denied all services that they were required to
provide under the constitution and the statutes to make the closed
case impossible to play Whitewater with regarding a private citizen,
not a politician, who has not even lived in the area and never knew
her attackers, for 11 years that has been like the most vicious
sarcastic beating death I have ever seen.
The issue has been resubmitted to Illinois, but it not likely the
state will do much other than play with the state employee, claim that
the woman, who does not have any criminal record ever and a long list
of many years of drug screens passed and is mostly a church volunteer,
is "mental" as what the people involved at the time, making violent
threats about "fitting into our local community" to a temporary
resident in town regarding the local university that they also see as
socially inappropriate and this as "social control" regarding, and
"social engineering" of people not even in their area that have been
stalked and chased to eventually as in written documentation, "win"
and do it to her, for so many years their lives are nearing retirement
and the victim still has to have a way to live that this little
"hassle" that has been used to inflict lifetime damages in such
excessive amounts that it is no longer possible to keep coming up with
a way to survive them, and it is very unlikely that the state will do
anything but require the victim be completely stripped financially
again, to live a very restricted life due to the inability to "have
rights" regarding total strangers, in a case that out of state persons
do not want the states to have the option to "play politics" regarding
picking out victims who in effect are living through Nazi-like
persecution that our constitution is supposed to be specifically
prohibiting, and no longer matters.
Also worse, Illinois at this time has a heavily modified state law
from when this was done, and it lists the option of forced mental
health care no longer restricted to cases in which a court establishes
the victim is a danger to self and others, but to "if it is for your
good" as determined not by a court, but presently informally without
any rights, and at least one person in our area likes shoving that
down people's throats if they "think they have rights", and will drag
people seeking "rights" or law, through that instead, as "it is for
your own good" no matter the damage inflicted by the bullying, the
harassment, the disruption of work lives and personal lives as well as
the illegally public nature of the "politics", and the financial
damages of what the victims are then also required to pay for.
Rights are not here anymore, and the state has then adoped a law that
appears to completely eliminate the right to not be forced through
unreasonable search and seizure, should be federally unconstitutional,
but is so politically popular due to the elimination of the Magna
Carta and the rights of the public, making anyone swinging that ax the
local Jabba the Hut, that unless someone else gets in here and
challenges Illinois, the climate in the state is going to leave my
friend homeless.
