You really need to be more specific. What state are you in? Are the said bushes on private property ? If so then it would probably depend on whether the property owner wanted them pissed on. I don't think there is any inferred license to piss on the bushes, if you have no express permission from the property owner. Also, if there is no reasonable expectation of privacy, you could be guilty of a lewd act. Again it depends on your state so I don't know exactly. In a national forest, you could be guilty of harassing plantlife if you pissed on a bush.

Similar to the above. It would probably ddepend on the owner of the car, and whether he gave you permission to piss into the car. And there's also the lewd act thing.
And is it legal to piss on homeless people?
This raises an interesting question. With no permission it would probably be assault. There are a few possibly defenses, such as self defense. But what if there is consent? Usually in Engllish common law based countries, consent is no defense against the crime of assault, but what about sex? There is a huge area here that needs to be fleshed out. What about people who are into S&M? In Florida (where I'm from) S&M is covered by the Sodomy statute. But I don't see how a state could legalize S&M while keeping in tact the principle that consent is no defense against the crime of assault. And if you do eject that principle, then you really open up a can of worms. I'd appreciate hearing from somebody who is in a state where S&M is legal, or who is familiar with the laws of those states. I am not a lawyer.
