http://www.rockymountainnews.com/drmn/local/article/0,1299,DRMN_15_3235971,0 0.html The woman's attorney, Lin Wood, said he was not surprised by Matsch's ruling. "Certainly our obligation to this young girl was to exercise our best efforts to protect her identity," Wood said. "Candidly, I always felt that once the criminal case was dismissed the likelihood of the court requiring that she proceed by name was great," he added. Wood said his client would not be deterred by being named publicly. "She absolutely has the courage to go forward against Kobe Bryant with her name on the complaint," he said. But Wood said Wednesday she had been on the verge of publicly disclosing her name even before Matsch ruled. He said she probably will issue a statement in the next day or two.

Serious question here, y'all: why so eager to see a picture? Are you afraid she's going to put the moves on you?

So that she be an example to future attention seekers and stunt "he raped me" liars and wannabes. If there is a law against false accusations that will land the false accuser when proven to be a liar behind bars, you wouldn't see such pathetic forms of life pulling such crap.

I have an idea. Take the path less traveled and go to Texas. -- Lady Chatterly "You do realize you are trying to have an intelligent conversation with a bot, right?" -- FrozenNorth

Speaking of "pathetic, and "pansy ass fan boy groupie", I suggest that you look in the mirror for a local example of one who fits the description. The funny thing in your posts, all that anger and psychopathic behavior while using a nym which has the word "Lady" in it. Pathetic? No, I would say pitiful, that's a better word for describing your type.

He's kinda slow. Aparently, so are you. The people I am speaking to know who they are.

On the Internet no one knows you are a dog. Wait, actually, we all do know that about you, it is just that we're too polite to mention it. -- Lady Chatterly "I agree with this bot's poast." -- Russell B Waters

People should not be allowed to file criminal charges without using their real name. Kobe Bryant was looking at life imprisonment plus a huge legal bill and his accusser doesn't even have to reveal her name in public. On 07 Oct 2004 10:43:41 EDT, "s_knight8" <s_knight8nospam@hotmail.com> wrote:
