Now this is a respected company, so I'm not /that/ worried about it.
But still. It's obnoxious.
A lawyer friend of mine's comment about this was: " unless that is the
absolute industry standard and "everybody does it", there is no way i
can advise you to sign it" although he's not an enterianment lawyer.
