I was in a crash the driver of the other car was going east bound I
was in the turn lane the fifth car back she hit the curd five cars up
went past three cars hit the fourth car and went down the side hit my
car in the front and went back into her lane and came back in my lane
and hit the car in back of me. I went to the hospital with nick pain
headack and numbness in my arm. they took x-rays that night I went
back two nights later with more pain and they did 3 cat scans one on
my head one on my nick and one on my spine. The er dr refereed me to a
neurosurgeon the er dr could not find anything. The surgeon had more
x-rays MRI and can't find anything that is making my hand go numb. it
is time to seatel what would be a fair price my medical bills are
6500.00 I was off work for five days for a total lose of 670.00 pay I
has been about 3 months. the cars driver in front of me 2300.00 to fix
my car cost 3100.00 the other car I have know ideal about the driver
of the car at fault cad a c & I on 3/4/03 a dwi on 6/1/03 and had not
paid fines. The police gave her a c & i and a driving without a
license. is it fair to say say will not won't to go to court for there
drive is at fault with know drivers license and by the way she did not
Evan hit her brake I have put together a bock on all the police
records her driving record I don't what to get took advantage of but I
don't what to take advantage of than either. What should I do.
