When I made my will, about 1 month ago, I filed it with probate court ( 6$ I
think here ) . Personally, I dont like the idea of filing it with an
attorney. You have to make your own choices though.

Is there any other benefit other than security
leaving the orignal (signed) will with a laywer. I am getting ready
to make a will and would like to just tell family who the lawyer is
but not leave copies to famiy. Thank you
