World Court to bring charges against Bush
The United States has failed to guard against torture and
inhuman behavior since launching its "war on terror" after
Sept. 11, 2001, The World Court in The Hague said Wednesday
in a report just days before the U.S. election.
The Justice organization called on President Bush to
surrender so the trial could begin as soon as possible.
The court condemned President Bush's response to the 2001
attacks on U.S. cities, saying it had resulted in an
"iconography of torture, cruelty and degradation."
