f Pilate Had Dispensed Solomonic Justice... 2 November 2004 {HRI 20041102} If Pilate would have had the wisdom of King Solomon when facing the Criminal Mind and High Priest Caiaphas, then Pilate would of course have arrested this High Priest, Caiaphas, on the grounds of accomplished incitement to Criminal acts and public Injustice, *(1) on the grounds of proven and mortally false accusations against Jesus *(2) on the grounds of proven public incitement *(3) to executing not only an innocent but also extremely valuable, contributive person. And then, Pilate would of course have had the High Priest Caiaphas, after arresting him, publicly whipped in front of the very crowd from which the High Priest Caiaphas was hiding that not Jesus but that he, Caiaphas himself was the Criminal Mind destroying their lives. *(4) And then, by way of fulfilling the demand of Caiaphas that "the people want to see someone put to death," *(5) Pilate would of course have had the High Priest Caiaphas crucified. Let this be a lesson - mutatis mutandis* - to entirely Lawless law students and lawyers, and to equally Lawless public prosecutors and judges, and to equally Lawless diplomats and journalists and politicians and civil servants to the utter amazement and dismay of the alert public and to the detriment of the concerned public, - if we study only a little bit of history at all, or if we read some 'Legal Expertise' in any field - when the not at all imaginary case applies, that such 'servants of the public' either are too cowardly to exert the viewpoint, or that they DO NOT EVEN WANT to have a viewpoint on what actually is Lawless and what is Lawful. *(6) And when they DO have a viewpoint on what IS Lawless and what IS Lawless - as most people do have very well a viewpoint on that, after all it is native to the normal, non-Criminal mind to have a conscience - then why do they not want to exert that viewpoint that they do have? Solely and only because they are afraid to get hit by Criminal Minds, because Criminal Minds USE RULES AND LAWS AND REGULATIONS AND PROTOCOLS IN REVERSE. Criminal Minds USE laws and regulations and rules in order to ENFORCE THEIR DESTRUCTIVE IMPULSES ON PEOPLE, on you and me, on everyone. *(7) You can observe them trying to make rules (and even laws) to that effect, if you look at all around you or at the news. That is the easiest thing to observe in the society, because 'applying rules or laws destructively' is already done to children, at school, even at home, and so on and on. It is time that you start to face Criminal Minds - they make up only one percent of the population, and they are the ones that you pay every year trillions of dollars in defense and anti-terror measures, as well as your monthly medical insurance for, *(9) for your intensely insane *(10) and utter laziness in NOT detecting them and NOT understanding them. *(11)(12) So, do now for yourself, and for your children, and also for me, what I would suggest to the sane and caring minds amongst you. Nothing would have changed. If you read John Chapter 10, you will find that the so called Jews, are going to stone Jesus. Read verse 33, the reason they are going to stone him is for Blasphemy. But in verse 39, Jesus escapes. So, what do you have. They accuse Jesus of Blasphemy, and are going to stone him. But now go to John 18. Caiaphas says in verse 14, that it is expedient that one man should die for the people. Now, go to Matthew 26, verse 65. The high priest says that Jesus has committed Blasphemy. So why do they not, take him out and stone him, as per John chapter 10. Now, Jesus appears before Pilate. But what is the question Pilate is asking. It is not a religious question. Pilate asks "Are you the King of the Jews?" And Jesus does not say he is, but neither does he deny it. Matthew again, chapter 21, Jesus enters Jerusalem in verse 8, and a very great multitude greet him, and call him the son of David. Do you suppose, when Jesus enters Jerusalem. being greeted as the King of the Jews, mayby the Roman spies were aware of this?? So, Jesus is tried. before Pilate. And Pilate supposedly gives way to the priests. But is Jesus then stoned, which was the Jewish penalty for Blasphemy, a religious crime. NO!! He is then crucified by Roman soldiers. Crucifixation is a Roman penalty, for what?? Religious crimes, NO!! for sedition. For being a revolutionary. And the Romans always put the crime on the cross. And what was Jesus crime, "KING OF THE JEWS" But who was King of the Jews, A Herod, a Roman puppet king. So, Jesus enters Jerusalem, and is aclaimed King of the Jews, by a very great multitude, and is crucified by Roman, who have a puppet king of the Jews, and you don't think that he was killed for sedition. CAN YOU READ?? Now go back to John 18. Why does Caiaphas say it is expedient for one man to die, for the people? Because they feared a revolt. So, better one man die, that a whole lot in a revolt. Thus they turned Jesus over to Rome, to be tried for being a revolutionary. Hardly rocket science.

Or just imagine if it had been say the Turks, so they wear a little impailing stake, ouch. But I though a large part of the problem was under Roman law local courts couldn't impose a death sentince, so they had to come up with something the Romans would off him for, solving their problem and forfilling prophacy in one neat move, opps. Mind you given his apparent problems with them Pilate would probably have loved an excuse to nail the priests up righ along side this crazy Gallalean, but that would have been too much trouble.

... So reconcile that Roman policy with the story of the woman taken in adultery, who was about to be stoned to death. Did local customs, even involving killing, apply in some cases but not others? Say, in matters of moral but not criminal offenses? Anyway, if he had been stoned, there would be learned discussions about how his telling Peter that he was the rock on which the church would be built was foreshadowing of his own death and linked in indescribable (but nevertheless described at great length) ways with life, death and Earth (and thence Heaven and Hell). Altars even more massively rock-like than some are anyway. No cross but maybe a big picture of Jesus holding the first rock, which he miraculously caught and then made the subject of a brief sermon before the crowd got their bearings back and started stoning in earnest. Bloodstained (?) stones of dubious provenance in elaborate containers in churches. Dome Of The Rock (oops, wrong religion).
