All: It's an IRON-CLAD rule: Judges ALWAYS vote for the girl who brung 'em (see, http://home.earthlink.net/~19ranger57/corruption2.htm). And once again, the Sixth Circuit vindicates that rule: Reagan (James Ryan) and Bush (John Rogers) appointees voted for the 'Pubs, while the Clinton (Guy Cole) appointee voted for the Dems. It's Bush v. Gore, redux. Bet that our partisan 'Pubs won't whine about it?

Sure, it must suck for the family, as they shell out seven figures for Mark Geragos, but we can't say that he didn't deserve it, legally speaking. :)
