Sixth Circuit *Republican* Judicial Corruption

Ken Smith
11/2/2004 4:47:35 PM

All:
It's an IRON-CLAD rule: Judges ALWAYS vote for the girl who brung 'em
(see, http://home.earthlink.net/~19ranger57/corruption2.htm).
And once again, the Sixth Circuit vindicates that rule: Reagan (James
Ryan) and Bush (John Rogers) appointees voted for the 'Pubs, while the
Clinton (Guy Cole) appointee voted for the Dems.
It's Bush v. Gore, redux. Bet that our partisan 'Pubs won't whine
about it?

Sucks for Ken Smith.
So if you know this, why did you bother bringing action against the Colorado
Supreme Court in Federal District Court?

You need only two tools: WD-40 and duct tape.
If it doesn't move and it should, use WD-40.
If it moves and shouldn't, use the duct tape.

Sucks for the entire country. Sucks for the rule of law. Sucks for
what precious little is left of our personal liberties in Bush's Third
World fascist #@($hole.

Pascal's Wager. I may have misoverestimated [an intentional Bushism]
the integrity quotient of our federal and state judges, though.
But let me ask you the same essential question: If the odds of Jesus
having risen from the dead are zero -- and it is obvious on the face of
it that they are -- why should anyone worship him?
And are we all going to have a "Cam in the Can" One Year Anniversary
Celebration? How does your (alleged) baby-killing brother-in-law like
his new home in the Los Angeles County Jail? He's been there so long, I
hear they made him sign a lease! Sure, it must suck for the family, as
they shell out seven figures for Mark Geragos, but we can't say that he
didn't deserve it, legally speaking. :)

I still think your figures are low :)

And of great interest to a few of us. Since he's already said
whatever it was on-air, telling us can neither help nor hinder Cam's
case.

Be really good to your family and friends. You never know
when you are going to need them to empty your bedpan.
