The documents and information obtained from the interviews of Ms. Alfred and
Ms. Whittle indicate that Ms. (redacted) through her legal representatives,
failed to disclose: (1) that she had preexisting mental health issues
including several years of psychiatric medication, two episodes of
self-mutilation, and two recent suicide gestures, and; that she had a
substance abuse history that pre-dated her encounter with Mr. Bryant.
