With $35.5m in grant from the U.S. Government, Jared Cohon cannot even stop cyberterrorism in his own school. President Bush's appointed Carnegie Mellon President JARED COHON to the 16-member Homeland Security Advisory Council in December 2003. The U.S. Federal Goverment has given Carnegie Mellon University a $35.5 million grant to help fight cyber terrorism. However, CMU Professor David Stuart Tourtetzky's irresponsible and radically twisted interpretation of 'Freedom of Speech' condones cyberterrorism. "This particular Web site seems to threaten some people yet at the same time Professor Touretzky believes he has a right to express himself as he sees fit." - Peter Madsen, executive director Center for the Advancement of Applied Ethics at CMU Peter Madsen cannot seem to apply ethics. David Touretzky is not even an expert on the 1st Amendment. "I'm not taking Dr. Touretzky's view of the First Amendment as evidence. His testimony presupposes a view of the scope of the First Amendment on which he is not an expert, which is not a proper subject for testimony and which is ultimately for me and appellate courts to decide." - Judge Lewis A. It's not on some terrorist's Web site. It's on the Carnegie Mellon University Web site of computer science professor Dr. David Touretzky, who refers to it as a free speech project." - Karen Welles, Target 11 Investigator DAVID TOURETZKY'S DISCRIMINATION http://www.religiousfreedomwatch.org/extremists/touretzky0.html "Hell, I'm for post-partum abortion! Retro-active abortion! Up until, say, the age of six months." - David Touretzky TRANSCRIPT OF TRIAL - DAY 6, MPAA V. 2600 http://www.eff.org/IP/Video/MPAA_DVD_cases/20000725_ny_trial_transcript.html "There is no doubt that yelling 'fire' in crowded theatre is something that is problematic and probably impedes expression by certain twisted individuals." - Judge Lewis A. Mr. Cohon appears to have a serious conflict of interest to explain to the American taxpayers. On the one hand, the university is receiving at least $35.5 million in government grants to fight cyber terrorism and on the other hand, one of its professors is providing deadly bomb information on the university's computer server, which is at the disposal of any terrorist with Internet access."
