at the courthouse by a computer technician who was working on the system.
A news reporter confronted the prosecutor. The prosecutor claims that it
is not
uncommon for prosecutors to have pornography on their computers for
research

If he's got porn on his hard drive it's probably for his prurient interest.
If he's investigating porn he would have porn from his bailiwick on a CD or
floppy, not in his system.
So he's a lecher trying to wiggle out of getting caught. You can retire
him next election or stir up so much trouble for him now he's either
impeached and turned out of office or resigns.
OTOH, everybody looks at porn, even old grandmothers. We used to get a
little on the teevy and my girlfriend's grandmother loved to watch it.
"Those people are naked as a jaybird!" she would exclaim, laughing.
