Faxhor is certainly not the only one who has problems with what Dave Touretzky is doing. Below I copied from a website that was not more accessible after I informed about it on ARS. And it was not my website. However, I had four websites with critical information of Dave Touretzky on my site, and they all disappeared from the net. When she (or whoever) puts up her schizophrenic hallucinations yet again in a pathetic (and illegal) attempt to get around the TOS, her kook site is yanked again. The only abusive person is Schwarz herself, a frivolous litigant who has been barred by the Supreme Court itself from filing further kook suits.

The only thing on the kookpages are the same crazy ramblings she posts to Usenet from a public library, where she sits smelling up the place like the crazy bag lady she is, muttering and cursing to herself, according to observers. Here's the Supreme Court ruling forbidding this lunatic from further frivolous filings. It arose from yet another of her endless lawsuits claiming she is persecuted by an imaginary Nazi conspiracy. No court can give her relief. The only relief she will ever have from her psychosis is to be institutionalized and medicated by psychiatrists. http://supct.law.cornell.edu/supct/html/98-7771.ZPC.html Per Curiam SUPREME COURT OF THE UNITED STATES ON MOTIONS FOR LEAVE TO PROCEED IN FORMA PAUPERIS Nos. 98-7771 and 98-7782. Decided March 8, 1999 Per Curiam. Pro se petitioner Schwarz seeks leave to proceed in forma pauperis under Rule 39 of this Court. We deny this request as frivolous pursuant to Rule 39.8. Schwarz is allowed until March 29, 1999, within which to pay the docketing fee required by Rule 38 and to submit her petitions in compliance with this Courts Rule 33.1. We also direct the Clerk not to accept any further petitions for certiorari from Schwarz in noncriminal matters unless she pays the docketing fee required by Rule 38 and submits her petition in compliance with Rule 33.1 Schwarz has repeatedly abused this Courts certiorari process. On December 14, 1998, we invoked Rule 39.8 to deny Schwarz in forma pauperis status with respect to four petitions for certiorari. See Schwarz v. Federal Bureau of Investigation, 525 U.S. ___ (1998); Schwarz v. National Institute of Corrections, 525 U.S. ___ (1998); Schwarz v. United States Parole Commn, 525 U.S. ___ (1998); Schwarz v. National Archives and Records Administration, 525 U.S. ___ (1998). Before that time, Schwarz had filed 29 petitions for certiorari, all of which were both patently frivolous and had been denied without recorded dissent. The instant petitions for certiorari thus constitute Schwarzs 34th and 35th frivolous filings with this Court. We enter the order barring prospective filings for the reasons discussed in Martin v. District of Columbia Court of Appeals, 506 U.S. 1 (1992) (per curiam). Schwarzs abuse of the writ of certiorari has been in noncriminal cases, and we limit our sanction accordingly. The order therefore will not prevent Schwarz from petitioning to challenge criminal sanctions which might be imposed on her. Similarly, because Schwarz has not abused this Courts extraordinary writs procedures, the order will not prevent her from filing nonfrivolous petitions for extraordinary writs. The order will, however, allow this Court to devote its limited resources to the claims of petitioners who have not abused our certiorari process. It is so ordered. Justice Stevens, dissenting. For reasons previously stated, see Martin v. District of Columbia Court of Appeals, 506 U.S. 1, 4 (1992) (Stevens, J., dissenting), and cases cited, I respectfully dissent.

ook who is libeling you and me again, Faxhor, it is Rob Clark, aka Henri, a crazy and criminal one! Barbara Schwarz ROBERT W. CLARK Those who spread hatred via the internet, upon investigation, are often found to have two qualities in common: criminal backgrounds and a tendency to display signs of mental or emotional instability. Robert Clark in 1995 Robert W. Clark, of York, Pennsylvania, has a considerable history of instigating hatred on the Internet. On February 19th, 1995, writing under the pseudonym of "Henry," (or "Henri") Clark posted a message urging an individual to firebomb his local Church of Scientology. "Firebomb it, demolish it with a rented crane and ball, firebomb it again and then salt the ground so that nothing will ever grow there again. And then if you're up for it, firebomb it again." On April 12, 1995, Clark posted a similar message to an anti-religious newsgroup suggesting they also blow up Churches of Scientology. ROBERT W. CLARK (continued) In a newsgroup posting of February 20, 1995, Clark admits to a history of destructive behavior. "...I realized that I was surrounded by enemies in kindergarten, that I could read and they couldn't, etc. I was surrounded by Visigoths, Barbarians, the worst of all things, idiots, ordinary people. How did I respond? Severely enough that they sent me to shrinks for years afterward." Clark's claim of early psychiatric treatment appears to have done him little good. In later years his destructive behavior resulted in criminal charges and arrests. In 1990, Clark and his roommate were arrested for hacking into Carnegie-Mellon University computers. The Computer Emergency Response Team at Carnegie-Mellon, in cooperation with law enforcement, investigated this illegal computer usage when it was discovered that unknown individuals were illegally accessing university computer accounts and using those accounts to unlawfully access other computer systems. Clark was caught in the act of destroying a file on a system he had illegally accessed. ROBERT W. CLARK (continued) It was also discovered that Clark had illegally accessed computer systems at Los Alamos National Laboratory. He was charged with multiple counts of unlawful computer usage and theft of service. He was made to pay $750 in reparations to the university and was placed in an Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition Program for two years. Clark's life appears to have continued on a downhill slide. In the mid-1990's, he became increasingly involved with anti-religious extremists, posting to their internet newsgroup, and participating in hate marches designed to intimidate and harass Church parishioners and staff. Postings indicate that circa 1995 he became unemployed and homeless, moving from place to place, relying on the charity of like-minded people he had met over the Internet. On September 20, 1996, Clark was again arrested in Pennsylvania, this time for speeding and driving under the influence of alcohol. Although Clark denied he had been drinking, a blood test revealed he had lied; his blood alcohol level was well above the legal limit. ROBERT W. CLARK (continued) On a newsgroup frequented by individuals who discuss their emotional problems, Clark revealed insights into his behaviour that could lead him to be characterized as mentally disturbed. On February 20th, 1995, one day after Clark issued his first firebomb terrorist threat against the church, he wrote: "The moment anyone even approaches criticism of me, I immediately leap for the jugular. I have those reflexes. I accept criticism as immediately valid and true and go on to slamming whoever slammed me. .... Not by defending myself, but by attacking, a habit which the net encourages. Some people immediately start defending themselves. This is a bad move. This lets them know _where_ they hurt you. You f***ers do not know where to hurt me. You know enough to call me a 'faggot' but I'd just laugh at that. You could call me a 'whiny ex-junkie' but I'd laugh at that, too. And regardless of where you hit me I'd respond in the same way--full frontal assault. So you wouldn't be able to tell. .... you'd know that I get _real_ nasty and real smart and real vicious, enough to make you look like an utter fool in front of everyone and on usenet that's the supreme punishment." ROBERT W. CLARK (continued) As his acts of hatred against Scientologists increased, apparently so did his self-loathing. In one posting of March 20, 1995, he stated: "Yeah, sometimes I'm so disgusted with myself and everything else that the only sensible thing seems to be to take a razor blade and slash the #@($ out of myself until the sight of blood satisfies me. And sometimes that's not enough. Sometimes I heat up the razor blade over a Bic and burn myself with the f***er, just to drown out the rest of the world in blinding pain." In a second posting of the same date, Clark wrote: "I'm such an absolute [vulgarity deleted] nothing, a total [vulgarity deleted] fraud. ... I destroy everything I touch with my lies, I've murdered every one of my friends, I've killed everything I hate myself. "...I ought to just go into work and shoot everyone there. Even the people I like. Hell, I'd be doing them a favor. I can even leave a note, something so insane and confused it'd make the news everywhere." Clark has participated in hate demonstrations with Henson and maintains a website filled with propaganda targeted, not just at the Church, but at the law enforcement officials who have acted to arrest a fugitive who had illegally entered Canada and was perceived as extremely dangerous. Using insulting and foul language, he heavily attacked the District Attorney who prosecuted Henson, posting on September 13, 2000, the following statement: "Now now now ... just because the DA is a criminally insane idiot who ought to be in prison and brutally sodomized by a gang of Nazi Lowriders doesn't mean there's any call for talk like that." The above posting demonstrates not only Clark's disrespect for law enforcement, but also his willful disregard for the law. ROBERT W. CLARK (continued) Recent newsgroup postings show his continuing attitude toward law enforcement. 29 Jan 2002 - His comments about the FBI Joint Terrorism Task Force: 'Remember, if you disagree with their definition of "terrorist," that means YOU, too, are ALSO a "terrorist." "Terrorist" is just a word these jackbooted Nazi thugs use that means "people who disagree with us." ' 31 Jan 2002 - His comments regarding U.S. Attorney General John Ashcroft: "Ashcroft is a Nazi who belongs in a prison. It should be against the law to be so f***ing stupid." "Remember that Ashcroft was only available to be put in a Cabinet position because he had lost an election to a corpse." ROBERT W. CLARK (continued) On September 9, 1995, while participating in a newsgroup discussion about "debate" tactics on the internet, Clark clearly, and perhaps foolishly, laid out the strategy he uses to whip up hatred: feeding slanderous lies to gullible people on the internet. Here, in his own words, are the tactics Clark has been using for years against the Church of Scientology, law enforcement officials, and, for that matter, anyone he dislikes or hates: "There are all kinds of rhetorical kicks-in-the-groin that you can get awa

Alright, Eady, here it is. That was the content of four of my websites, and all were gone from the net immediately after I announced on alt.religion.scientology that I have that website. My last ISP told me that Dave Touretzky himself contacted him about my site and wanted it gone. I don't have much money at the moment, Eady, I have mainly to go with free web space and Dave Touretzky and his lawless friends just throw around the CMU name and that is usually the end of my free speech. WARNING To parents of students at Carnegie Mellon University If you are the parent of a student who attends Carnegie Mellon University, this notice is posted to help you. David Touretzky is a research scientist at Carnegie Mellon University. He teaches some of your children. He claims to be an "educator." For this reason you should be made aware of the kind of person he is. David Touretzky owns a website (hosted by the university) that publishes instructions on how to build bombs. One of these bomb instructions encourages people to throw these bombs into police cars. This website is a mirror of an illegal site that was removed by the FBI after its original creator was arrested. David Touretzky says he created the mirror as a matter of "free speech." He claims no responsibility for what his students or other children surfing the net might do with these instructions. Neither does Carnegie Mellon University. They allow Touretzky to use the University's computer server to post this website, on your tax dollar or your tuition fees. They also appear to have no care for its dangerous content and the students who might feel encouraged to use them out of false admiration for their "teacher." This is not an innocent lack of judgment by Touretzky for, as they say, where there is smoke there is fire, and Touretzky is involved in other dangerous and perverted activities. In private and during his work time he associates with extremists on the internet who attack and harass religions and ethnic groups. Some of these extremists post death threats against the people they harass. Touretzky regularly associates with these people and he supports and encourages their activities. Touretzky has perversions that the parents of the students he teaches should be informed about. He is a customer of sex shops and purchases sexual implements. The invoice posted on this website as evidence of this activity shows that Touretzky uses his University office phone number for this sex shop to contact him. You can compare the phone number listed in the invoice - 412 268-7561- with the phone number listed in the university directory which goes to David Touretzky, www.ri.cmu.edu/people/touretzky_david.htm. You can also find this connection by searching in Google for "412 268-7561" and "Touretzky". I had challenged some members of an extremist group on the internet of which Touretzky is a part but had not really paid much attention to him. Then I received the evidence presented here, likely by Touretzky himself as some strange form of harassment. Touretzky supports people who sexually harass women as can be seen on his website. He also has pornographic photographs on his website - right there for children to see - in which he disgraces property belonging to a religion. At that point I began to research what kind of man Touretzky is and openly challenged him about his dangerous activities on the internet. Why would Touretzky encourage extremists and provide instructions on how to build explosives if he does not have some secret perverted wish to see others blown to pieces? Why would a teacher of impressionable students be involved in this? Most important, why does the University knowingly allow this man to use their server to post information that is against the law and encourages terrorism? Perhaps for the same reason they allow Touretzky to use his office phone to order sex toys. They obviously do not care about their students or the kind of people who are teaching them or about what their students are being taught. As an example here are some of the extremists Touretzky calls his friends: Robert Clark was arrested in 1990 for hacking into Los Alamos National Laboratory and has posted bomb threats on the internet. Zenon Panoussis is hosting websites containing bomb-making instructions and was a member of the Anti-Olympic Committee which supported bombings to sabotage the 2004 Olympics. He was arrested in 1999 for verbally assaulting a police officer. David Rice suggested in a posting to kill members of the FBI. Frederic Rice has threatened governmental officials over the Internet. He also hosts a site where he gives tips on how to kill bikers. Andreas Heldal-Lund hosts a website with a message board that contains death threats. Arnie Lerma is a supporter of the Neo Nazis movement founded by Willis Carto and is on the Board of Policy of Liberty Lobby, an anti-semitic organization founded by Carto. He is also associated with the Utopian Anarchist Party, that promotes the overthrowing of the U.S. government, the killing of police officers and their website teaches how to build bombs. Lerma is close to William White, spokesperson of UAP who was arrested and convicted of battery and carrying a concealed weapons. These are the people that Touretzky associates with, people who encourage terrorism. Touretzky's website also encourages terrorism no matter his claims of innocence and "free speech". He knows that there are people out there that want to know how to make explosives and who will use them against innocent victims. Even if he claims no responsibility, he is totally responsible for whatever he puts in people's heads and the terrible results. Same for the Carnegie Mellon University that sponsors this man and who lets him use facilities that are sponsored by tax payers money. Carnegie Mellon University is playing a dangerous game allowing David Touretzky to continue to work at their university. How can a man with such a warped mind be allowed to shape the minds of young students? What if one of these kids uses the bomb instructions that Touretzky put on the web to harm others? Do you parents want to wait to find out how tragic the result will be and if your child will be involved? I encourage you to start asking questions n

And read below too, Eady. Dave Touretzky never denied having mailed that porn harassment letter to me. I think he feels like the Robin Hood of porn and bomb instructions. He is defended by lawless and crazy folks as Rob Clark aka Henri. I have posted below a while ago. I can't access Alt.Binaries.Scientology. When do you want to see the porn envelope, I have to ask my friend to post it once more on ABS. Eady, do you have a website on which you can place my writings about Dave? I surely would appreciate it and I bet Dave does too. ;) Barbara Schwarz Since David Touretzky continuously oppresses my free speech by having my website taken down because I have been exposing the truth about his sexual perversions, I have re-typed the invoice that was sent to me. Why is the US government giving grants to this pervert who is using Carnegie Mellon University's phone number to order dildos? I have also asked a friend to post the invoice to an alt.binaries* newsgroup. Barbara Schwarz: Faxhor is certainly not the only one who has problems with what Dave Touretzky is doing. Below I copied from a website that was not more accessible after I informed about it on ARS. And it was not my website. However, I had four websites with critical information of Dave Touretzky on my site, and they all disappeared from the net. My last IPS told me that Dave Touretzky was directly involved! Why can't he deal with free speech by others? Eady Kaloughgar: Could you give us more information? Barbara, I don't know who's website it is, but one of those "About David Touretzky" websites is still online. About Touretzky and his Indefinite Online Web Class called: ONLINE BOMB CONSTRUCTION INTRUCTIONAL COURSE 101 TUTORED BY DAVID TOURETZKY VIA WEBSITE, NO CLASS SCHEDULE NOTE: BOMBS ONLY HAVE SEVERAL INTENDED USES ALL OF WHICH ARE DESTRUCTIVE. INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO PRODUCE SUCH DEVICES ALSO ONLY HAVE ONE INTENDED USE: TO PRODUCE THOSE DEVICES TO BE USED FOR THEIR INTENDED USE. Their should not even be any question about intent. Now, my question is if someone(s) in U.S Federal Law Enforcement is discriminating? An Afro-American (Sherman Austin) went to jail for promoting bomb instructions. David Touretzky who is a white CMU professor, isn't prosecuted even though his website promotes bomb instructions to this very day. Touretzky associates with the extremists in ARS who have made numerous bomb threats and death threats. Apparently Touretzky's intention is to stand ground for "1st Amendment rights," of which Touretzky is not an expert. Note: David Touretzky is a professor in computer science and involved with artificial intelligence research projects using rats and a 'rat robot.' Touretzky's promotion of bomb instruction on his personal CMU account is a personal choice and has nothing to do with any authority he may have, if any, at CMU. Even a U.S. Federal Judge has stated that Touretzky is not an expert on "The 1st Amendment." He also is not an official on explosives, or is he secretly an explosives expert? In the U.S., anyone can go into a crowded theatre and yell "FIRE" (which is against the law) and just claim that he was fighting for first amendment rights. But, try it and you will find out that no one listens to your argument about freedom of speech while you are taken down to the local police station, then charged, tried and convicted. The same should be with bomb instruction on the web. What is worse, promoting bomb instruction which potentially can create such an effect as the Oklahoma Federal Building OR publicly announcing a fire in a crowded theatre which may only cause a dozen or so people to be trampled? Is this another "failure of imagination?" IMAGINE THIS SCENARIO: A CMU Student is not happy with his studies, his life, his girlfriend and also does a lot of drugs and additionally isn't happy with his government (the US Govt). He knows about David's website, so he makes some fertilizer bombs and ends up destroying a few buildings on campus killing several hundred... That scenario is not "acceptable" but must be considered. Will the U.S. Law Enforcement wait until it is too late. They did with the events of Sept. 11, 2001. Oh, Eady, what have you done posting in the newsgroups about it?! As soon as Dave Touretzky and his friends hear that the site is again up, it will be gone. Bet on it. It will be the 5th website with that information being hi-jacked! Lets hope Dave Touretzky is too busy wrapping x-mas parcels for his rats and that he will not notice your posting. Barbara Schwarz
