help needed
i need a solicitor to sue another solicitor,
i have had a transaction whereas a solicitor has paid me
compensation, but has taken money for solicitors fees that HAD already
been paid by the company i originally made the claim against,
1: i won my case with all legal fees out of court
2: solicitors fees were settled by my former employers insurance
3: these fees were taken again from my settlement.
4: can i get any help to recover these fees as they have been taken
from my original settlement?
5: the time limit for responding to court was missed by my solicitor
therefore it has cost me.!! surely this cannot be right,
i have tried to no avail to contact a solicitor that can help me
recover my losses, and have had somebody put this on here in a last
attempt to help me.
please,if you have the answer to my question or any meaningful advice
let me know as soon as possible.
THANKS IN ADVANCE,
OUTAPOCKET~

File your claim in small claims court.
No solicitor required.
