My home has recently had a lien placed on it from the local lumber
yard.
I expect to pay for what is owed, but, have a question about material
liens.
1. I requested a full material list, and only recieved an inaccurate
list of what has NOT been paid for. Including Coke's, concrete, spray
foam, etc. They have refused to give me a list of materials that have
been paid for.
Aren't they required to give the complete list over to me?
Does the inaccuracy of the list buy me anything?
Any advice would be much appreciated.
