I know this is big joke (not the posting, the lawsuit). I know it will be discussed endlessly. Could we all do ourselves a favor and not cross post. Just think, it will make lawsuit boy have to work twice as hard to respond to all the people laughing at him. Thanks.

I got a real kick out of this assertion, on page 50: "Defendant LTSC's statements have exposed Plaintiff to scorn, ridicule, and made third parties less likely to associate with him and his business, and to hold a lower opinion of both." This presumes that GORK's own statements, assertions, accusations, screeds, diatribes and ravings do not expose the plaintiff to scorn, ridicule and make third parties less likely to associate with [it] and [its] business.
