If I believe that I have a Breach of Contract case against some not so famous rock stars, who do I sue. I think that I can sue their Record Company and each one of the group individually. I already sent a certified letter and small claims is next. Does their Record Company accept Complaints and Summons from Small Claims Courts. If not how should I continue?? Thanks!!
