support? is french and went overseas. I got a court order but guess what,
is not there anymore.
what can they do?
what if he doesn't come back?

If he is a French citizen, he may be immune from extradition. France
does not allow French citizens to be extradited. So if he doesn't want
to come back to the US, you can't make him.
If he left assets in the US, you could levy on those.
Your court order for child support could be domesticated in France.
This is not a simple matter and would take a lawyer experienced in this
kind of case. But unless there is something a French court would find
unfair or lacking in due process (for example, child support was
entirely out of line with French guidelines or was awarded on a default
judgment), it should be possible.

Not a lawyer, you're going to need a lawyer to get anywhere with this,

You would need to contact one of the French Embassies in the states.
Unless he is physically under arrest, he can do as he damn well pleases
within the limits of his probation.
If he decides to return to the states, he could then be arrested for
probation violations.
As he has fled, that would tell me the probation officer wasn't doing his
job.
Maybe you can file charges against the officer and get some kind of punitive
damages from him or something.
Good luck..

I find it chilling that someone who can't write a cogent sentence is
breeding.
I'm sensible
