According to the Columbus Free Press, "Ohio Republican Secretary of State
J. Kenneth Blackwell refused to appear at a deposition on Monday,
December
27. The deposition was part of an election challenge lawsuit filed at the
Ohio Supreme Court. Meanwhile John Kerry is reported to have filed a
federal legal action aimed at preserving crucial recount evidence, which
has been under GOP assault throughout the state."
Furthermore, "Richard Conglianese, Ohio Assistant Attorney General, is
seeking a court order to protect Blackwell from testifying under oath
about how the election was run. Blackwell, who administered Ohio's
November 2 balloting, served as co-chair of the Bush-Cheney campaign."

If one were to take the same close look at the other 49 states, would we not
find similar irregularities?
There were probably as many, if not more, irregularities in the elections
for Kennedy and Nixon, among others.
I wonder how many times a voter recieved a card with the holes already
punched and the voter never noticed the holes.
90% + turnouts? Yeah right.
When ever I vote, the precinct has my name on a ledger, and it's checked
when I vote.
Wouldn't this ledger be a more accurate means of turnout?
Let's face it. No [presedential] election has been totally honest.
BTW, Ken Blackwell has his political "roots" from being a member of the
Republican controlled Cincinnati Ohio arena.
Talk about voter fraud? Every election held in Cincinnati should be
challenged.

veteran,
One has to assume, quite logically I think, that voting errors usually occur
equally for both candidates and thus cancel each other out. To assume that
only Republicans commit vote fraud is simply not accurate.
