Neighbour on top of our apartment makes lot of loud sporadic
noise.Every time we call in the patrol, gives evasive answers like
sleeping,watching TV or opening boxes. Every day this happens. Noise is
from a thud, bang to loud screeching noise of something dragged.
In Texas what are the rights of a rental resident?.Apartment owners are
saying that we should prove that the lady is making noises by calling
patrol. By the time they come it stops or when they leave it starts.
What are our options? what can we do to get evidence against this kind
of atrocity? What are tenants rights against the landlords?
PLease help with your suggestions.
