Hi! I'm trying to set up a Delaware LLC for my small business, located in Moscow (Russia). I see this as a legal entity that I can use to close contracts with international customers.
From what I understand, if I do business outside of the State of
Delaware and have my bank account elsewhere (let's say in Europe), I will not be liable to pay any taxes or even submit any papers to IRS, except for paying annual $200 fee. Here's the Question: I've heard from several sources that there are problems now with payments made to or received from such LLCs, due to fight on terrorism, etc. Some banks refuse to open accounts for Delaware LLC. Can anyone tell me if that is true? Thanks
