HOW TO WIN A LAWSUIT WITHOUT HIRING A LAWYER!
Having your day in court can be agonizing when you don't know the
rules of procedure or the laws governing your case.
Nobody knows the facts of your case as well as you do, but do you know
how to force the other side to give you the evidence you need to
establish your case?
Do you know what to do when a public offical violates your civil rights
?Do you know what to look for in the law library ?
Do you know how to challenge unreasonable laws and regulations ?
Would you find useful a training manual that give you example of
sample pleading forms to use in
court, explanations of federal civil civil rights actions, an out line
of procedural rules and much much more ?
David Grossack is perhaps the most controversial lawyer in America
Since 1993 he has been carrying on a war to make Americans less
dependent on lawyers, earning the wrath of many members of his
profession, but the admiration of the thousands of people who have come
to be familiar with his work, which he combines with a
libertarian/constitutionalist political approach to legal studies.. He
is an activist in every sense of the word, who convinced the state
legislature in Massachsuetts to establish pro se reading rooms, do it
yourself forms and seminars and web sites to help unrepresenetd
litigants. His Citizens Justice Institute has a website at
http://www.citizensjustice.com where you can find out more about his
work and order his books.
In 1999 Massachusetst Lawyers Weekly declared him " Lawyer of the Year
" for his civil rights litigation That same year the Boston Herald
named him one of the satte's ten best lawyers.
Mr. Grosasack resides in Hull, Massachusetts with his long time
girlfriend, Joan.
